A lady that I believe was the manager came directly up to me starting with small talk only to ask what my intentions were. I explained that I was making a withdraw to pay for a replacement central air system and she was MOTIVATED, really MOTIVATED to lend me money. And their rates are comparable to their competitors. They've go the services you need and a good number of area locations. That's really about all you can hope for. I have a hard time imagining another bank providing me a compelling reason to switch.
