I was told to go sit elsewhere since I was not on the account she felt I was leading him. I said his wife of 64 years just died and he has dementia. She said she had his best interest in mind and I (his daughter of 63 years) was told he couldn't do anything as long as I was there. I said I'd like to speak to someone else, as this was not going to be productive. She said she was the bank manager (Ana Holinger). Then, I made a mistake and the account was over drafted. After a few months, they canceled my account and sent it to collections, the amount I owed was under $350. I contacted them to ask what happened and they said they sent me notices in the mail that I didn't respond to. They didn't text or call, they thought that mail was the right answer to how to get a hold of someone, well they had an old address. So just too reiterate, this bank is a bank for old people. I've used this Chase location a few times to pay my bill. My bill is always due on the 16th, I get…read morepaid on the 15th, so paying online or mailing a check sometimes isn't an option. Luckily, this Chase is located practically in my front yard, and they have really good hours of operation. The only thing I dislike about this Chase is the cameras in the drive-up lanes. I know that there are cameras at other banks, and all for good reason and security measures, but I hate that I can see myself. I already hate that I have a horrible habit of not getting close enough, so I have to remove my seatbelt, roll the window down, and sometimes even open the DOOR. I don't need a visual reminder of how foolish I look. It can be kind of slow on Saturday mornings. Not only will ever lane be occupied, but there's going to be other cars waiting behind them. I won't go inside to make my payment at this location, because I was once inconvenienced by a guy who kept babbling about trying to get me to open more accounts after a simple, "no thank you."

The people at the branches are usually good but the higher you go the worse it gets. My business…read moreearned several rewards cards and the bank failed to fund one. Shorting me $500 and one of the department s running the program uses contractors to manage the cards. That department says the bank must first fund the card hands are tied. The bank says it is the responsibility of the contracted company to resolve the issue. This a stalemate leaving me holding the bag. The contracted company has admitted to me and the bank on a recorded line that a card was issued to me that was never funded, never used, never charged against and never replaced. Us bank still refused to do anything about it. I am soon to leave them for good.
