The tellers at this bank are EXTREMELY rude. They won't do anything that takes an extra second of…read moretheir time to help a customer. I only go to this bank once a month or less to do some shared bank transactions. My bank always requires a fax to release funds from a check. I asked if they would go ahead and fax it for me but they said they couldn't because they don't fax anything for customers that is under $1500. Since my bank requires this, I had to sit and argue with the teller until she got the worst attitude. She basically laughed at my frustration and got very short. The head teller even came over and tried arguing with me too. I had my bank call them right away and they finally did it. 10 seconds of their time that took a lot more of mine. This isn't the only instance they have been lazy and rude. The ISU credit union gives excellent service and will be getting my business from now on.
