Most of my original issues stemmed from issues with customer service. Since then, they have hired a young lady as a receptionist. She was cheerful and pleasant. You can tell a lot about a business by the way they address their mistakes. Lilac Wellness and Counseling offers a wide variety of services. I went in for cupping, acupuncture and a massage. I was cramming a lot into a session, so the services were understandably abbreviated. With that said though, the room was comfortable, the music was soothing, and Xun was did a fantastic job. I had been struggling with chronic pain issues for years, and was searching for anything that wasn't just medication and hope. Bryce exceeded every expectation I had, and indeed most of my hopes, in how he handled my treatment. Not only did Bryce manage to do what no doctor had been able to do- get the muscle spasms in my back/neck to stop, and do it without any medications- he got my migraines down to once a month or less from multiple times per week. Which is awesome. But he also did something that I haven't experienced at a medical appointment in years if not decades- he managed to create a space where I wasn't anxious. I'm normally super anxious anytime I have to go into a medical office for anything- raises my blood pressure like 20-30% anxious. And I never had that issue in his office.
