If you're like me, I get cold very easily - they'd bump up the temperature even higher before my session!!! And heat lamps are optional with soothing music playing in the background (so I don't hear the tic sound at all) 2) Groupon - I'm pretty sure they are no longer taking this. I think they are trying to focus on quality of treatment, and not in the market to compete on price-driven customers anymore. 3) Billing - as far as I know, they are handling all billing matters in-house now. They are pretty diligent about going after the insurance companies and fighting on behalf of their customers. I for one, never had an issue with this for the past 6 months I have been seen here on a weekly basis. Michael Johnson(the new acupuncturist) is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating health care professional. As a business owner who's on the go all the time, I find my weekly stress management sessions to be extremely therapeutic.
