I really love this place. Grand Master Sayed made me feel comfortable about my level of training and getting back into it. He has a very nice clean gym properly equipped with the proper MMA gear. His adult students are so diverse in background and skill level. It's a ratio of 1:1 men and women. They are so welcoming of new individuals! It's a great schedule for mom's and dad's. He'll test your fitness level and work on getting you to your goals. He also trains children as long as their older than five years old. He teaches all weapon types. Master Sayed is definitely excellently trained and at the top of his game. He provides both private and group classes, which is great for people who want one or the other. Went to a few classes here, but ultimately it wasn't for me - not necessarily a bad thing, that's the case with all studios - not every one is for everybody, and you should try the ones you think will be right for you. Here's a basic rundown for those considering, I think it could be great for someone else but just didn't fit my personality: Master Sayed has trained some really big names/major clients, and that is fantastic. You can tell he is devoted to his clients and cares deeply about teaching you whatever you want to learn. His facilities are also in excellent shape, which is not always the case (as we all know!) with martial arts studios. For private lessons, he is capable and able to teach you whatever you want to learn. He also has a store attached to the front of the studio where you can purchase gear and equipment, as needed. The only couple things that kept me coming back were distance and cost, which was high for my wallet - but may not be for yours! I do recommend trying one or two classes here and seeing if it fits for you. You'll definitely learn a lot and get in shape while you do! read more

I started taking the evening kickboxing classes at Fight Factory 3 months ago and it has been a great experience. The classes are challenging, but structured in a way that anyone of different fitness levels could make it through and get a great workout. You can tell Master Sayed really cares about his students and wants them to be as fit and healthy as possible. I've only taken the evening classes for fitness but they also have hapkido and mma classes in the mornings to learn the martial arts, that everyone seems to enjoy. From my experience, Master Sayed only cares about the females and puts in all his focus towards them, any male is on his own, this guy might be sleeping with the women in his class since he confessed to me that they ask him out and I witnessed him multiple times flirting and getting handsy with the women. One time I came in during his hapkido class and instead of training his students, he was putting all his focus on a female student in the workout section, he even told me to stop using an equipment so that she could use it. I've moved around 32 times and have tried out tons of gyms and different workout routines. The Fight Factory gym gives by far the most effective, useful, invigorating, inspiring, testing, yet motivating class I've ever been to, and it's obvious that Master Sayed has been training students for years. I met him by accident, I went into the store to buy a piece to hang my heavy bag with, and discovered a gym out back that I had to know more about! Master Sayed started training me and within a few days I found myself doing things with my body and feeling healthy in ways I never have before. He even healed my sprained thumb in about 15 minutes when doctors had had me in a brace for almost 15 weeks with no results. Everyone should try this place out! Master Sayed is a genius. The other students are always nice, helpful, and fun, and Master Sayed always gives helpful and personal attention to each student that comes in. I've gone to a few boxing gyms before and to be fully honest Master Sayed is the best instructor I have come across by far. Not only has he showed me new techniques he has been a great support to me and the whole class. The classmates here are all supportive of each other as well. I am highly disappointed in Master Sayed. I've known him and his brother for 25 years from my previous kickboxing classes. He had me sign a membership contract which he never gave me a copy of until months later after I had been demanded one multiple times for months. He stated to me that he never gives anyone a copy and I'm supposed to memorize the terms first time I sign it. That alone is illegal. He not only wasted my time during my training by stopping me to show his other students pictures, videos, texts they would send him, praising him, he would also talk about their private matters which he shared my own to them too, he voluntarily confessed to me. I told him on numerous occassions that I did not wish to see or hear about anyone else's training or life. He also would leave me to do my sets and go to the bathroom with his phone for 10 minutes to talk, and stand behind me texting and watching videos, taking customer calls, etc, instead of watching my techniques or teaching me what I signed up for, to learn to box and fight, not to pay $125 an hour to just do sets I can watch on YouTube or other sources for free. When I would ask him when am I going to learn to actually fight he'd say, " we have to get you in shape first', 6 months in and still he wouldn't teach me. He prefers to get paid $125 an hour to just stand there playing on his phone and yelling out reps to do than to actually train like he's getting paid for. Shame on him. When I would bring these things up to him he would just say, " don't worry, you're family, I'll take care of you and add the missed times, he was always late too, like 10 minutes and I was the first shift , he had back to back customers after me so I'd lose that time on that day. Very unprofessional!!!! Watch out, if you like your privacy, don't go to him. He loves spilling out names of his "celebrity" clients especially, to make his ego rise. read more
