The teacher, Nathalie, is super strong and positive, and she goes around the room engaging with all the students. Instead of the teacher just doing the movements, Nathalie demonstrates the new move, and then the students in the class take turns at the front of the room. At the end of the class, I felt exhausted and empowered and stoked to come back for more. Love all the music remixes! The moves are challenging (in a good way) and repetitive so even if you don't get it correct the first time, you'll be able to pick up on it as it's repeated. This is a great place to build up strength and burn some energy any day of the week!
