Bad customer service/most DVDs skip. I try to help keep this franchise running but I can't rent…read moremovies that don't skip. At least 2/3 of them skip. I take very good care of my personal dvd collection and not a single one skips when my son watches them yet most movies from here do so. It's especially annoying when I usually try to rent trilogies or movies that have several sequels and I can't even watch the rest once the movie starts skipping. Other people might be ok with missing important scenes or information but not me. Ive been a member for years. As of Monday i am shutting down my account. Good riddance...
