Ive been doing my taxes for years and have never had a problem until I filed with this business now I'm in debt 12,000 dollars to the IRs. Never again will I use these people to do my taxes!!!! I made an appointment and was called a day prior by File 4 me now to confirm my appointment. So far so good. I arrived at my appointment and the place was closed. Not a good first impression for being my first time there. I received a call 15 minutes after my appointment time to be told Kimberly was running late to wait 15-20 minutes. I received a second call saying I would need to reschedule. Not a good feeling. Or if I would like I could leave all my personal tax documentation and slide it under the door. WTH? I left and was called by Kimberly 2 hours later. She did apologize and asked me to give them a second chance. If I did go back I would receive a good discount on my tax preparation. I did go back, why? During our 20 minutes ordeal and in the middle of a conversation between I and Kimberly she decides to answer her cell phone and cut me off after that she decides to step out of her office and talk to another client. Lastly, she charged me $150 for very basic and simple taxes and she never mentioned anything about the discount she had offered 2.5 hours ago. Would not go back or recommend. I will use Turbo Tax next year. read more

If you aren't "wealthy" according to Kimberly's standards your money is "measly" she was rude disrespectful and hung up on me after she messed up my taxes..... I called several times was told to be patient. Until I did the work for her and went to the IRS DIRECTLY. She messed up so bad they gave me a advocate. So please don't waste your according to Kimberly straight from her mouth "measly money" with her. She doesn't follow up. Tried to redirect blame and clearly can't keep track of her clients and discussions she has had with them. I called her several times with no call back. And when I did finally speak to her she said be patient..... yeah I would never have gotten them if I listened to her. Save your "measly money" go to anyone else do you can be treated with respect especially in a pandemic.... Not ok and I'll never do business with anyone who thinks my money is "measly money" she isn't for regular people obviously.She took zero responsibility for her being a "tax expert" claiming I didn't have all my information yet When I reached out magically she has everything? This is one of the greatest lady's I ever met she is sweet, caring and understanding. I walk into her office worrying about how the IRS trying to charge me with a huge amount I needed help and she was the one for it. Never met her and as of today I will for ever come back to her great service. First off I'd like to say Thank you to Kimberly and her staff of professionals at File 4 Me for the WONDERFUL service they provided in assisting me with my tax issues. After years of using the H & R Block's , Turbo Tax and others tax services including my sister in law who also has a tax preparation service/business. I found File 4 Me though a friend who had used their services for the last several years and was constantly raving about the professionalism of owner (Kimberly Asher) as well as her knowledge of the tax process and laws. My situation consisted of owning additional taxes after withdrawing funds from my 401k of which I paid but I was unaware that the funds put me in another tax bracket. (Wish I had known about File 4 Me before I did that). In addition, not having filed my income tax in the last 3 years did not make my situation much better. Upon entering the File 4 Me office I was greeted with a warm and comfortable environment as the office is simply beautiful as well they offered your choice of such as water, soda, coffee etc. Upon meeting and seating down with Kimberly, I explained my situations as she addressed each issue and offered solutions. Not only was my 401k tax issue resolved quickly and timely, she represented me in talking with the IRS (thank you so much for that Kimberly), she filed my taxes for the last three years (Federal and State), set up an affordable payment plan for the 401K issue, AND I actually received a refund from the state of which the IRS stated that I owned $8,000.00. All at a reasonable fee (Unlike the other Tax preparations companies - including my sister-in-law). I could go on about the wonderful and professional service I received from Kimberly and the File 4 Me staff (Thank you as well Cheryl). But I will end with this. I am now a devoted client and will tell everyone to visit them as you will not be disappointed I promise you. As well I am presently working with Kimberly regarding the financial services that they also offer. Stay away from tax preparation companies that are only around for 4 months, who wont talk to the IRS on your behalf, definitely stay away from Turbo Tax and pay a visit to their offices.
