I had called days before and let them know I would be taking my funds out in CASH.....after 1and 1/2 hours, I was told they didn't have the cash and could only give me a small amount in cash. The person I dealt with was downright ignorant of bank policies and had trouble issuing me a bank check for the balance. I can see why they are closing 15 branches!!
