They don't have a designated parking garage, so to eliminate any hassle, I parked where I knew it was free downtown and popped into a Waymo for the last leg. There are multiple food and drink areas available. Prices are inflated, as expected for an event venue, but nothing out of the ordinary. Keep an eye on what you bring. My friend had a standard writing pen that security wouldn't let him bring inside! Overall, I'd definitely return. Smaller, cozy venues like this are right up my alley.

It has similar feel to the Rave and Aragon but definitely a much more updated/new venue. Check-in security process was smooth, drinks were good we ordered the margaritas in the refillable cups but never got refills because I'm not the person that leaves there spot at the concert and it's also a fairly large drink! We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. Great sound, wonderful view from where we managed to stand, and good crowd.

This seat came with a semi-private booth, unlimited food and soft drinks from a buffet, and wine and beer as well. This felt like the ultimate VIP experience and the view was great as well. The sound was well balanced for the concert and the lights and effects were coordinated well too. I didn't partake this time because of the included buffet, but in walking around I was really impressed with all the dining options- local restaurants included instead of just the regular hot dogs and popcorn. The only downside is that due to the location, parking was hard to find/crowded and expensive. But that's downtown Phoenix for you. I'd return to this venue for another event for sure

My friend has been a season ticket holder for years, so it was really fun to finally experience all the excitement with her. When we arrived, we dropped our car off at valet and headed inside. The process was incredibly quick, and we were inside almost immediately. Of course, the first thing we had to do was visit the team store. There were SO many options for both the Suns and the Mercury, so it was definitely worth checking out. From there, we headed to Club Gila River, which was included with our seats. They had beer, wine, Aquafina, and soft drinks available. The Aquafina came in cans, which I thought was interesting because I was expecting it to be carbonated for some reason, but it was just regular water--and honestly, it was delicious! Then came the food. There was a hot dog and salad bar, plus a hot food station with ribs, veggie pasta--which was my favorite--pot roast, and mashed potatoes. They even had homemade pizza! And then there was the dessert bar. Naturally, we had to get one of everything and have a little taste test, ranking everything from favorite to least favorite. The sea salt chocolate chip cookie was my favorite, while everyone else at the table seemed to love the matcha tiramisu. Either way, we definitely did not leave hungry! After filling our bellies, we headed to our seats--and they were COURTSIDE!!! Talk about an experience! The opposing team would walk right past us as they came out, and they were all giving us high fives as they passed. The Mercury warmed up at the basket right in front of us, so we got to see the players incredibly close. It was such a cool experience that you simply can't get from the upper levels. The dance team stood right behind us, so we learned all the chants and got to participate in everything happening around us. I absolutely loved the atmosphere. They had the Golden Grannies dancing, an exercise studio group performing, and so many different people getting involved. It really felt like it didn't matter your age, your body type, or anything else--they were celebrating EVERYONE. We even got to see Scorch, the mascot, come by. He was so much fun and even participated in the dunking during a break in play. And then, to make the night even better, the Mercury WON! We got to be part of the celebration before heading back to our car. Thankfully, we barely had to wait for the valet, which was especially appreciated because it was HOT outside. Overall, this was an AWESOME experience, and honestly, I don't think anything will ever top it! From the food and entertainment to being courtside and getting high fives from the players, it was such a fun and memorable night. Thank you to Mortgage Matchup Center for creating such an energetic, welcoming place to host WNBA games and for making everyone feel like they're part of the experience. This was definitely a night I won't forget!

He enjoyed the game when I brought him every season like he did with me at Shea stadium for my NY Mets vs the Reds. To Celebrate properly this year I scored a great four seat table at the balconies edge in the Cold Beers & Cheese Burgers Chase Field. We were dead center next to the King and Queens recliners. From our perch the game view was outstanding and our service was equally fantastic! Service 5/5++ Rating was influenced by server Julia's hustling up and down the stairs and always being cheerful. She was very attentive covering our row first row of tables. Food 5/5 Solid stadium food. The restaurants offering isn't the full menu you might enjoy at their traditional locations but they hit the favorites. Burgers cooked to order, small bites and some deserts items. Included in each ticket price was a $40 food credit which kept us in our seats watching the game. Thanks Julia for helping make our evening at the game memorable. I call Ball & Strikes There were issues which prevented our experience from being perfect. It was too hot. The HVAC was lacking. I've never experienced this in any of my seating locations before. I've been here recently now for 2 shows that I would call nontraditional, but man, they were great shows, and I had such a blast. The layout of the theater is great. I was on the 1st level for one show and on the 2nd level for the 2nd one. Despite being on the 2nd level, it still gave a personal feel and kept us engaged. If you don't like heights, make sure to arrive early to get in the lower level, as once you're on the upper level, it does go shallow & up. Getting cocktails from the bar downstairs typically has a long line, but if you go upstairs, there's usually another make-shift bar to help offset it. I didn't take advantage of any parking, as I used a ride service to the venue, as I just wanted to get dropped off at the door. It's hit or miss with parking, especially if there is something going on at the arena (basketball, concert, baseball game, etc...) Looking forward to the next event.

We walked to the venue, so I have no comment about parking. However, our show was supposed to start at 9:30pm, but the earlier showing was running a little late and so we were waiting outside for quite a while before we could choose our seats. We were invited to enter the lobby area of the building to order drinks, use the restroom, and buy some merch, so that helped to pass the time. Since I paid for Row A seating (the closest to the stage aside from the VIP section), I was invited to sit anywhere in those rows- so the rows themselves were reserved, but no specific seats, so you'll still have to call dibs on your preferred spot. As a 5 ft 8 in woman, the seating felt a little tight for my liking. Most people stood up for me to get passed them, aside from one lady, and when I walked past her I was worried my hips would smack her face. Other than that, I didn't have any problem watching the performance- nobody blocked my view and I think if I sat further away, I'd still have a decent view of the stage. We had a heckler in the crowd who kept yelling obscenities as the host of the show, fortunately by the second act he was removed from the event. There was a 15 minute intermission for the show, which was a good opportunity for more drinks or a bathroom break. I recommend using the restrooms on the second floor, as they are more hidden than the first floor. I'm glad I went to this event, and I would consider returning to the Herberger Theater Center when they have any other fun events in store.
