App doesn't work at all. Weeks at a time with only comedy shows with a minimum drinks purchase.

I'm so excited because we would never be able to afford going to the symphony or ballet or anything like that without this great deal!

It has similar feel to the Rave and Aragon but definitely a much more updated/new venue. Check-in security process was smooth, drinks were good we ordered the margaritas in the refillable cups but never got refills because I'm not the person that leaves there spot at the concert and it's also a fairly large drink! We were right up at the stage and during the opening act and main they actually had a beverage/bar cart come through at the security fence which I thought was pretty smart. Great sound, wonderful view from where we managed to stand, and good crowd.

The venue felt significantly oversold, to the point where it was nearly impossible to move comfortably. From where I was standing, I couldn't see the stage at all, which made it hard to enjoy the performance I came to see. Beyond just being crowded, it felt unsafe. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

The fans are really loyal, the entertainment, the game itself - everything was top tier. This game had over 12K in attendance which was a sell out. The ATL Dream won - yeah for our home team! I'll definitely go out to support more WNBA games.

I'm back. I really enjoy the games, truly. To specify, there was a promotion on the official Mercury instagram saying that if you signed up for the Spinato's pizza rewards program, you would get a coupon for a free personal cheese pizza. I'm all for doing things to snag a deal - even when you risk sharing your personal data - so I registered for the rewards and got my pizza coupon. It also included a free cannoli coupon. So next time I went to a game, I was excited to get a free dinner out of it too. Only to get to Spinato's inside the venue and be told that the rewards program doesn't work there because "they have a different system". Okay great, don't have the Mercury instagram page promote specials that you can't even use during a Mercury game - I find that completely pointless. Why would I travel all the way to a Spinato's establishment if the most common one I have access to is inside the venue... Anyways, I got Wetzel's Pretzels and one of the $2 fountain sodas. A $3.50 additional cost for a tiny cheese cup is crazy btw. Be warned that the $2 soda is a small cup compared to the almost $12 souvenir soda, but technically you can buy 3-4 small sodas and get the same amount of drink for cheaper. Just a way to beat "the system" there. Rock the Pink night was fun - Scorch had a special pink outfit and hair that they probably only bring out for that day.

He enjoyed the game when I brought him every season like he did with me at Shea stadium for my NY Mets vs the Reds. To Celebrate properly this year I scored a great four seat table at the balconies edge in the Cold Beers & Cheese Burgers Chase Field. We were dead center next to the King and Queens recliners. From our perch the game view was outstanding and our service was equally fantastic! Service 5/5++ Rating was influenced by server Julia's hustling up and down the stairs and always being cheerful. She was very attentive covering our row first row of tables. Food 5/5 Solid stadium food. The restaurants offering isn't the full menu you might enjoy at their traditional locations but they hit the favorites. Burgers cooked to order, small bites and some deserts items. Included in each ticket price was a $40 food credit which kept us in our seats watching the game. Thanks Julia for helping make our evening at the game memorable. I call Ball & Strikes There were issues which prevented our experience from being perfect. It was too hot. The HVAC was lacking. I've never experienced this in any of my seating locations before. I've been here recently now for 2 shows that I would call nontraditional, but man, they were great shows, and I had such a blast. The layout of the theater is great. I was on the 1st level for one show and on the 2nd level for the 2nd one. Despite being on the 2nd level, it still gave a personal feel and kept us engaged. If you don't like heights, make sure to arrive early to get in the lower level, as once you're on the upper level, it does go shallow & up. Getting cocktails from the bar downstairs typically has a long line, but if you go upstairs, there's usually another make-shift bar to help offset it. I didn't take advantage of any parking, as I used a ride service to the venue, as I just wanted to get dropped off at the door. It's hit or miss with parking, especially if there is something going on at the arena (basketball, concert, baseball game, etc...) Looking forward to the next event.

We walked to the venue, so I have no comment about parking. However, our show was supposed to start at 9:30pm, but the earlier showing was running a little late and so we were waiting outside for quite a while before we could choose our seats. We were invited to enter the lobby area of the building to order drinks, use the restroom, and buy some merch, so that helped to pass the time. Since I paid for Row A seating (the closest to the stage aside from the VIP section), I was invited to sit anywhere in those rows- so the rows themselves were reserved, but no specific seats, so you'll still have to call dibs on your preferred spot. As a 5 ft 8 in woman, the seating felt a little tight for my liking. Most people stood up for me to get passed them, aside from one lady, and when I walked past her I was worried my hips would smack her face. Other than that, I didn't have any problem watching the performance- nobody blocked my view and I think if I sat further away, I'd still have a decent view of the stage. We had a heckler in the crowd who kept yelling obscenities as the host of the show, fortunately by the second act he was removed from the event. There was a 15 minute intermission for the show, which was a good opportunity for more drinks or a bathroom break. I recommend using the restrooms on the second floor, as they are more hidden than the first floor. I'm glad I went to this event, and I would consider returning to the Herberger Theater Center when they have any other fun events in store.
