What really crosses the line is that he clearly knows my husband and is friendly and conversational with him, yet treats me with coldness and disrespect every single time. That kind of selective behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer-facing role. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone. Management needs to address this immediately, either retrain this employee or remove him from a customer-facing position.
