No joke, like 20 minutes. When they were finished changing my oil they showed me my oil level on the stick as well as my old oil filter. Being a female I don't usually like to go have the car service done alone but these guys made me feel like I was in good hands. They washed my windows and offered to vacuum my car which I declined but I thought that was so nice. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service I received at In and Out Express. After waiting all day for a check they told me tires were the issue. I already had tires on order elsewhere so said I'd stop back if it persisted. Got the tires swapped and it still had the noise so I came back the next day. Waited all day for them to take a look and they didn't get to it. The desk guy suggested that I take it elsewhere as he (personally) thought it may be transmission related. Took it to another local shop and it indeed was the axle. Just disappointed that they really didn't take the time to look at it after having it sit for two days. Gladly would have paid for their time. Maybe they just don't want work beyond tires and oil changes? Who knows.

TJ's right up the street where the boys there fixed it up in less than 15 mins only charged 25 and were very considerate and showed respect to a woman, and for that they got my business and a 20 dollar tip on top. I made a huge mistake!!! I went to this location for a complete tune up on my car before moving…read moresince I drive an older model car; I wanted to make sure it was road ready for a 16 hour drive. Oil change, new struts, new spark plugs, new alternator, new AC condenser, new belts, the works... Everything they recommended for my year car I did. Immediately following the service my car was squeaking, brought it back and they said I was ok it was just the belt working itself out. Almost a year later, the brand new alternator went out. Called. Thankfully still under warranty, but I had to bring the vehicle back. I now currently live 16 hours away.... Brought it to the nearest Express Oil, which was 4 hours from me, to have the alternator replaced under warranty. They stated that it was because a belt related to the alternator was not put on correctly which was the reasoning for the squeaking and the alternator dying within a year. Now with this hot heat, every time I turn my AC on my battery light on my vehicle comes on and everything stops working. Called again and they said I would have to bring it back to the nearest express oil to have it looked at again. I cannot afford to drive another 4 hours... So I have been driving without AC this entire hot summer due to the issues. My vehicle is an older model, but I never had ANY issues until I went to this shop to have a complete workup done. The employees I have spoken with have been very pleasant, but all of these mechanical issues coming following that visit have just been miserable. Don't have work outside of an oil change completed at this location.
