I was informed today that the Clinic is no longer accepting me as a patient due to "noncompliance." When asked what that meant, I was told I have an outstanding balance of $118.00 from a year ago. Having Health Insurance at that time, I could not get an explanation as to the charges and was told that even if I paid that balance TODAY, I will still not be accepted as a patient. I have a chronic illness that requires medication, so needless to say, I am very, very upset. I would appreciate any feedback on this matter.

The nursing staff are quick and efficient- even when they have to ask you the same questions e v e r y time you come in. I see Dr. Jobman and even in a quite busy practice, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly addresses any questions I have. It can be difficult a times to get an appointment right when you'd like- expect to schedule routine appointments a week out or a little better. (Small town getting bigger- I imagine it's difficult to keep up with the number of staff they have so I try to be understanding). Bottom line is, I've been treated well. The billing has always been correct and I've had no issues with my insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone not wanting to to drive to Lincoln, Omaha or Grand Island.

Every staff member from the front desk receptionist to the aides to the nurses to the anesthesiologist were THE best. My first time here and they really left the best mark on my heart. I'm very tattooed on my arms and they were complimenting me on them, particularly the portrait of my little sister. She lost her battle with alcohol 2 years ago and I briefly shared her story. I thought for sure there would be odd looks and an awkwardness but there was not. These wonderful women gave their condolences, asked how I am doing and if I needed anything, with one even hugging me. Another shared her own stories of family members and a sibling losing their battles with addiction. All of these things are what make amazing humans and I'm so glad I got to meet them all. Their words were just what I needed today not having my sister at my side for this surgery. I just wanted everyone to know how much this meant to me and was another step in my healing journey. I went in for sinus surgery with big worries. I left with more joy in my heart that such caring women are still out there.
