(May,2026) I found Jason at Film Solutions through a referral from a satisfied customer. I could not have been more pleased with Jason's punctuality, professionalism, and product knowledge. After explaining my goal of creating more privacy for a dinette window overlooking the street, I was shown different options, and thoroughly educated on what to expect from each one. After installation of the chosen film, it turned out that it decreased the light more than I had expected. After a consultation with Jason, he scheduled another visit to remove the original film and replace it with one more to my liking. Customer satisfaction was his total priority.I cannot say enough about the level of customer service I received from this company, and I unreservedly recommend Film Solutions to anyone seeking a remedy for UV protection, privacy, tinting, or other issues. Our house has a lot of east facing windows which is great for morning light, but not so great for furniture in rooms that are located along that side of the house. Of particular concern was a bank of windows in our living room through which the morning sun would beat down on a pretty expensive sofa. In order to prevent fading and/or the breaking down of the upholstery, we contacted Film Solutions to see what our options were. Jason promptly came out to assess our situation and present us with options. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge so we authorized the work on the spot and scheduled another time for him to come out. On install day, Jason arrived promptly and worked all day to apply film to all the windows along the east side of the house. He was courteous, professional, efficient and super friendly. Before the film was applied, the expensive sofa was warm to the touch when the sun was streaming in and we knew that wasn't a good thing. After, we have the same light level, but the sofa isn't warm at all - it's clear the damaging rays aren't making it through the film. What's also clear is the view - the film in no way diminishes our view or how we see through the windows. Since then, we've had Jason out a couple other times to apply the same film to another window and to apply a privacy film to bathroom windows after a remodel. Film Solutions is definitely our go to source both for the quality of the materials used and for Jason's professionalism. We recommend them without hesitation! read more
