Great customer service. They were out in the afternoon servicing my account unit that wasn't…read moreworking. They diagnosed the problem and fixed what they thought was the problem. When I got home from work, the AC unit was still not working. I contacted them and the owner was at my house within 20 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed. Upon packing up, he went and got the check my wife had written earlier in the day and told us because of the error, he was not charging us anything. We tried to argue that his time was valuable but he was hearing none of it and wouldn't accept anything for fixing our problem. I won't use anyone else from this point on. Honesty and integrity hard to find these days and when you run across them, you keep it close by.

Then decided to tell me that they are running behind. Could not give me an update to when. 1:54pm still nothing. Had to call Home Depot and ask what is going on. 2:59pm at my house with no heads up. Upset that no one is home now. Finally called me and I told them I will be back in 30 mins. They came inside and tried to tell me I needed all of these things. Told them I didn't need them and they said then we can't do the install. Ask the guy to leave and he did. The best part was he said it would take 6 hours to do the job and drain the old tank.
