No communication between my campaign specialist Arden and their Operations team. We were charged for a setup fee which were never told about. Our account specialist acknowledged that she never mentioned it to us, but said she doesn't control billing and its Operations responsibility. Reached out to operations and their answer to it was "oh well" not our fault. When trying to get billing resolved Arden the account specialist ignored my emails for weeks. When finally getting a hold of her and asking her why my emails were being ignored for weeks her answer was "I was told not to respond to you". Unbelievable! Please beware!! FYI if you try calling them on the # listed on their invoices you get a messages saying "the voicemail has not been setup yet" Joke!

Had never been to big bear before naturally thought it'd be nice to rent a boat to be on the water…read more Big bear marina was very friendly and helpfully when I inquired about renting a boat for me and my family. After doing some research we decided it'd be a better value to do the big bear lake tour. We had done the waivers online which made check in with Tracey super easy! Our tour was captain Paul which was very informative about big bears rich history. We had our 10 month old baby on the tour which he advised us we'd be getting wet in the front of the boat, we decided to take our changes and stay in front he then offered us some blankets to help keep us and our baby dry and warm which definitely came in handy! If you've never had a big bear lake tour I definitely recommend taking one at big bear Marina definitely learned a lot about big bears history!
