We looked around and found this guy on Yelp, and saw that he was "open" on a Friday evening when we got there. We called just before his "closing time" and he didn't pick up. Okay, fine, it says he is open on Saturdays too, but only for a few hours. So the next morning we call him RIGHT at 10 AM (when he's supposed to open) and he doesn't answer. After breakfast, we drove by his address at 11 AM. Again he's supposed to be open, but NOBODY IS THERE!!! He has a sign on the door that says to "call this number" if there is no answer. It's the same number that I had already called before. So I call him 4-5-6 times and NO ANSWER AT ALL!!! We ended up having to buy a brand new phone and cost us HUNDREDS because this clown has no idea how to run a business! Maybe he should just shut down permanently!!

He came out the next morning to my home, stayed to fix my MacBook, then took a look at my iMac desktop to assure that it was working properly. Discovered that both my computers needed cleanup.
