They have the head office /salon in downtown Boise, their stylists are scheduled to be at both locations on different days. Not every stylist will provide all services. Some may only do perms, or coloring. Ask first. I am very glad I found Ryan who did a great job on cutting my hair. I went in and told her she could do whatever she thought would look good, even coloring or high lights if needed. She has great styling skills and recommended a simple cut, which turned out to be great! No pushing on selling any service nor products. More work tends to be done trimming my beard (which I'm glad they do!) than simply doing a #2 cut on my remaining hair. I do ask for particular stylists when I sign in, vs. first available, because although my hair is easy, I like to have someone who knows overall what I want done (i.e. beard, etc.) vs. explaining each time. And for me, that's my one complaint - although the sign in system is meant to lower wait times, by allowing you to sign in before you get there, you have to figure out how the system really works to get what you want - like knowing if you are not early, your desired stylist might have grabbed the next person, so you arrive at 2:29 and still have a 30 minute wait even though the sign in system said "be there at 2:30" The staff is friendly, and I have the luxury of going in at non-busy times, so that helps.

Very stand offish and seemed like she didn't want to help us. I work in a customer service job and deal with problems every day and I maintain great customer service better than this lady did, even on my bad days.
