I had waited five months to have my hair cut, because of a previous bad hair cut, only to let it grow out and let this 'stylist' cut my hair so unevenly. I went back to get it remedied by the owner who did the best she could, but even she couldn't salvage the awful gap Savannah left me with. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, I wasn't even issued a refund, so basically, I had my hair cut by someone I wouldn't even let groom my pet, had I known the results, but I also paid for the privilege of letting this amateur cut my hair. I will now have to wait another five months, to go to a genuine stylist.

My hair was getting brassy and it needed a little pick me up, so Hailey worked her magic and I felt so refreshed after our session was done within reasonable time. However, it was not bad until we went back for a trim and Tina cut off his entire perm. When we made our next appointment I specifically requested we did not get the same person. She ended up cutting my daughters hair real choppy and uneven. The gal that cut my other daughter's hair, was just ok. However, she waxed my daughters eyebrows and took off her skin. Not just a little! When I asked what happened, her response was, " I asked if she had sensitive skin." My daughter does not and she has had them waxed before and never experienced this. Sensitive means allergic too or maybe break out. Has nothing to do with ripping her skin off. I have talked to other aesthetician and they said this is very rare and usually due to inexperienced and poor quality product. My daughter went to her prom with a prominent cut on her eye. She was bummed needless to say and No apology was even made to her by the person or company. Highly disappointed.
