we buried our apricot mini poodle there paid for a casket,stone and a private burial plot.in the summer our family all came down to visit our beloved pets grave and put flowers on it.To our surprise the land was sold and no graves left.We drove by the owners house and their was a enmorous pile of dead dogs and cats on his front lawn.We were so upset and shocked.People paid a lot of money for their pets to be buried.Run away from this place.it is inhumane what they do.my dog is most likely in the trash.reported this to cushing square vet,they did nothing because they were friends. never again,cremation at a very reputable place. read more

The Beloved Goldendoodle was brought here for his cremation by Lap of Love, the in-home vet service for euthanasia. I was given the choice of picking up his ashes about 7-10 days later or having them brought to my vet's office; I chose to pick them up as soon as they were ready, despite the drive being about an hour each way. I received a call two days later saying he was ready for pick-up, and I went the following morning and arrived shortly after they opened at 8am. I had his ashes placed in their standard box (at least the "standard" through Lap of Love) which is a nice box with a carved design and his name. Eventually I will upgrade to something else, but I need to be able to think clearly for that. The box was put in a nice velvet bag, and then that was in a bag with a card and a couple of brochures on grief and pet loss. The woman (early 20's maybe? dark brown hair... I think... it was a tough morning) working at the desk was very kind, I imagine days are pretty emotional there and I appreciated how nice she was. My dog passed away at home about an hour before they closed on a Saturday. While I'm holding my dog in my arms I called this place and the person who picked up said no one was there to receive a pet but suggested I drop my dog off at my vet and they would pick it up on Monday. I told them my vet was already closed and I didn't want to leave her there all weekend. He said they might be able to pick her up on a special run but that that would be an additional charge. Problem is we never even discussed the cost so why would he bring it up? Do they really think an added cost to a pet cremation would be a deal breaker? I was so angry and upset I told him I'd take care of it myself. From what I've heard from others that have worked there a private cremation may not really private. I'm actually glad my dog is in my garden and was not left with them. I'll never use them again. read more

This is our first experience with cremation. Prior to this we have buried pets "out back" but something about this dog Nami said take me with you always. Everything went perfectly from the moment we walked into the peaceful office on Tue heartbroken. Jack whom we dealt with exclusively is an exceptionally compassionate man who gets it and his empathy is genuine. It is a business of course and he guided us through the whole process. Our viewing was this morning at 9. Light jazz music, lots of tissues and a beautiful room to pray and be with our guy one last time. At 1 we received the call that we could come and get the ashes and the jewelry that we ordered from his stock. Its a sad day this dog was only 3 much to young to go but we have memories for a lifetime. We 'll see you heaven buddy. Thank you Jack and Angel View for being there and being kind. From the time you enter the office until you say goodbye to your 4 legged child, you feel the warmth all around. I had the pleasure of having Abby help me with the process of saying goodbye to peewee, my beloved dog. She was very patient, kind and helpful, as I had questions about the urn choices. I also had forgotten his collar and she ran back and made sure it was given to me. She also gave it to me in a beautiful pouch. I can't say enough positive things about my dealings with Toni Cardoza from Final Gift. I recently had to put down my beloved Puggle, Daisy after fifteen years. I live in North Reading, MA, and I went to my Vet (VCA Animal Hospital) in Wakefield. My sister made arrangements for her to be cremated, as I was not able to talk to the technician asking the detailed questions. The next day, I contacted my vet to get details to make sure I was ok with the decisions of her cremation. They referred me to Final Gift in Middleboro. I called and was lucky enough to have Toni answer my call. She could clearly sense how upset and emotional I was and couldn't have been more caring and compassionate. Her voice was very calming, and she explained how things worked. After the call I received an Email from Toni. She included a photo of the urn Daisy's cremains would be returned in. She also sent a photo of her paw print. She said how sorry she was for my loss and that I could call if I had any other questions; which I did. I didn't want Daisy in the wooden urn. I wanted something special, so I looked through the website and found something I liked. Toni called me back and told me it would be a special order. I asked her opinion on a few things, and decided that is what I wanted. Tony clearly went above and beyond to keep in contact with me and give me updates. Less than a week later it arrived, and I couldn't be happier with it! She assured me that I would be notified the night before it shipped and also get updates the day of. Speaking with Toni was a blessing for me during one of the most heartbreaking times of my life. So grateful! read more

I had used this service unexpectedly this past spring, when we lost our family pet. Angel was contracted with our local vet to handle the cremation. The only result we experienced was that we received our remains in a small ceder box with a nice memorable card. The time frame was appropriate- 2 weeks, from death to delivery. The cost is per lb. which is strange, as you have to turn the fire on anyways. They don't charge by the lb for people! read more

Jack and Scott were so kind and gentle with my wife and me. They gave us the time we needed with our pet, Lucky and when it was time for his cremation they let me carry him one last time to the crematorium. Jack also stayed at the office until we got back after the process. There was a snowstorm and they were instructed to close early. Jack knew how important it was for us to bring Lucky home that day so he stayed for over half an hour until we were able to get there. i cannot recommend Angel View enough. I have to say that this place it is nothing like used to be 10 years ago. I had my beloved dog cremated there yesterday Oct.13 2021 as private cremation. While in there I decided to have her paw print done in the clay and have photos taken of her paw for an over priced piece of jewelry that they offer in there. I was told that someone was going to come to the room where she was laying and would take her in the back to get the photos of her paws and her paw prints done. The guy that came into the room was not careful at all with my dogs body and was very rough handling her. If that was not upsetting enough, it got even worse when he brought her back. This guy was handling her like she was not a member of someone's family, but like a rag doll. Then I went to fix her head on the pillow and she had grass in and on her mouth. What is wrong with that person? What did he do to her for her to have grass on and in her mouth? Did he just tossed her somewhere in grass and didn't even care where she landed? At that moment it was obvious to me that he had just placed her anywhere and that her face went into the ground at some point. They don't even have the decency of placing the dogs somewhere else other than the ground, like they are trash. That man should be ashamed of how he treats someone beloved pet. That is unacceptable and very disrespectful not only to her body but to us as well. Complete disrespectful and disregarding. Not to mention unprofessional on their part. When I went to complain about it, I was told that his name was Matt and that he is actually the manager of that facility. In my opinion that person should not be working there if he is incapable of handling someone's dog with dignity and respect and he most definitely should not be running the place. I can only imagine how the bodies of other pets are being handled if he handled my dog in such disrespectful and insensitive way right in front of me. I also was given the wrong size of Urn. I picked a much nicer and bigger Urn and was given an Urn that was half of the size, except the charged me the same price as the bigger one. That place is a rip off money hunger place with no regards for anyone's pain or their pets. I would NOT recommend Angel view to anyone that loves their pets as members of their family and would want their bodies to be treated with respect and dignity. I intend to share my awful experience with everyone that I know and all over social platforms. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did . These people are F-ing thieves. Our little girl Lily passed away and we took her to this place. We had to pay the fee they quoted us up front, so we did. Now they are telling use we have to another $450 before they will bury our little girl. We asked why we where not toll this yesterday. The man said that the person that we spoke with was only the person that brings the people in so she just collects that fee. Don't use this place. We will never use them again. read more

I just recently lost my chihuahua Lucy. She lived 17 years. I contacted Final Gift and they picked her up at my vets had her cremated and they delivered her back to my vets to pick up. The urn was beautiful. And it was placed in a blue velvet bag. There was a sympathy card and flower seeds to plant in spring. They did everything to make it easier for me. My cat's body was sent here per contract with a local veterinary hospital. I called Angel View to get a pawprint and to get a memorial plaque, in addition to having his cremains returned individually. The girl I talked to on the phone, Kelsey, was very polite. It took them a little while to do the cremation (11 days), perhaps because he died around a holiday. They send the cremains to you registered mail via UPS, so be aware of that--someone has to sign for the package (the vet's office told me otherwise...). His cremains came in a nicely carved box inside a plastic bag with what i think is the tag that he had on him throughout the cremation process. Keys came with the box as well. His pawprint was done beautifully in this clay thing (not sure what it was exactly?). But I also got the Rainbow Bridge poem sent to me, and Mr. Morgan, the guy in charge of the place, sent me a sympathy card. I have not had the memorial plaque done yet. Angel View sent me a form to fill out for it. Honestly I wish you could do it online but I can understand why it may not be possible. The package that Angel View provided me with wasn't too bad price range wise, but this is the first time I had a pet cremated so don't know what else to compare it to. read more

I have used Angel View on numerous occasions sadly in the past. Most of my experiences were through my veterinarian's office after euthanasia. On all but one occasion I have had nothing but compliments for this company until I went to pick up the remains of my fur baby , Jack. I had asked earlier to have ashes put aside separate from the urn that I purchased so I could put them into a piece of memorial jewelry. When I arrived to pick up his remains there appeared to be no one working there. After waiting 15/20 minutes for someone to appear an elderly woman walks out from the bathroom that is closely located next to the reception desk and gives off an immediate attitude of being bothered. When this woman returns with Jack's remains I ask if there is a separate container for the separated remains. She said no and that they don't do this? After stating I wanted this done a young man comes out to help this horrible woman open the urn and scoop ashes into a plastic bag right there on the reception desk in front of me!!! I was beyond horrified at that point and told them both to just stop. Long story short..stay clear of this horrible older woman and if you use this tactless place get everything in clear understandable "writing". I will not use them again and I have received much more compassionate and humane service from Final Gift in Rhode Island since this horrible experience. read more

I've just used Angel View for the 3rd time. The first two dogs were euthanized at the vet, but this one died at home on a Sunday. As a result, I had to do an off-hours drop off. For the added $100 fee, I drove 60 miles to their office only to wait 35 minutes for the call I was told I would get at 5:00. When he did call, he was late, naturally. When he showed up, he was nice, and I suspect the remains will arrive promptly. Overall the service is good, and they folks feign empathy well for people that I'm sure deal with sobbing adults daily- not an enviable job. My one gripe is $100 for a kid who is 10 minutes away to come take the animal and presumably put it in a freezer until tomorrow. $30-50 seems more reasonable. Seems like an egregious money grab from bereaved people who don't want a decomposing animal in their basement overnight fueling their kids future nightmares. read more

My baby boy Rocko passed away this past Valentine's Day. When I got his remains from the vet I was found out where he was cremated. My husband and I went there and they put some of his ashes into a necklace and some into a teddy bear. They put the rest of his ashes into a beautiful urn. The staff there are extremely friendly. Ordered 4 clay paw prints and 4 ink paw prints for my dog and only received 2 clay and 2 ink for my family of 7 to somehow to split up for the memory of our dog. We lost our dog and all we wanted was the memory of her but somehow they completely messed up our order and some of my family members will not be able to have her memory. I wish these employees would be more attentive and read paper work because they cremated my dog after and I will never get those paw prints of her. Don't get your dog cremated here if you want a memory of them. You would think they would be more attentive and caring, instead of making careless and lazy mistakes, to a family who lost their dog. read more

My pug Lily, who was my beloved child for 13 and a half years became ill suddenly and passed away at home just before we were ready to leave to take her to the vet's office. My vet asked us if we would like her cremated individually, which of course we did. She was sent to Angel View, and when we received her remains back we found that she was in a beautiful urn, with a paw print, a hand written card, and was all wrapped up in a way that just showed that they cared. We also requested that she be cremated with her favorite blankets and I am sure that they honored our request. I had to call them for some reason, and they couldn't have been more understanding. When we lost our 17 year old Chihuahua a few months later, we made sure that he was sent to Angel View. I would definitely recommend. read more

They made this experience as easy as could possibly be. My little mutt of 12 years passed away unexpectedly Monday at my parents and they told the vet they did not want the ashes. I didn't realize this until Tuesday and the vet told me it was too late. I found out where he was sent and called Angel View, completely hysterical, and they were so kind and helpful - I will be able to have the ashes after all!! I also called back twice more when I realized I wanted a paw print, and then another. It is really difficult to think about these things before your pet passes and we were very unprepared for this part but they were wonderful, kind and very helpful. I had a very positive experience here considering the circumstances of my 19 year old cat passing away. They were very friendly and willing to work with me over the phone. I live in Springfield MA which is almost two hours away. I brought her to my veterinary hospital after she was euthanized at home. Angel View offered to set up a time to pick her up but I elected to call and schedule it myself while coordinating with the hospital. Angel View was flexible with setting up a time to view the cremation. I arrived a half hour earlier and they did not have me wait. Instead they moved up her cremation and I was able to view the service sooner than anticipated. The woman at the front desk had a light sense of humor and did her best to try and take our minds off the negativity of the event. We were able to view her in a very private room before the cremation. The man who handled her was very friendly and compassionate, and he acted like a true professional. He was very gentle with her body. During the hour wait to receive the ashes, we wandered the grounds, which were kept in beautiful condition. There were several places to sit in their gardens and a gazebo in the center which viewed the cemetery. I did not pay for services because I am affiliated with a veterinary hospital. I do know that the cremation is expensive and they do charge an additional fee for viewing. However I did not think the prices were unreasonable, and I would have paid the fees without question had I not been able to waive them. I will absolutely cremate another pet at this facility in the future. read more

This is our first time using Angel View for the cremation of our beloved dog, Pop-tart. This was and still is a very difficult time for us as he was given to us by our grandson 10 years ago and was loved and nurtured by us as if he was our child and he loved us unconditionally. Not having him meet us at the door when we come home is unbearable. The care and comforting words we received from Angel Care was much appreciated . As I sit here and write this, the tears are still running down my face, we miss our Pop-tart so much and try to remember all the good times we had with him. His ashes were sent to us in a beautiful box which I keep next to my bed so I know he is always near me and I can tell him good-nite and how much I love and miss him. I would have given 5 stars, but i think they could use some "help" with their customer service professionals. The woman who helped me at the desk the day i picked up the remains (older woman) had 0 personality and 0 empathy, and she is working with people experiencing grief. The woman on the phone was so patient and generous with me when describing the services I could do to say goodbye to my dog at such a traumatic time. When I got there, they were so sweet. We've just used Angel View pet crematory for the first time. They were highly recommended by Tufts Veterinary Hospital after our 15 year old Cairn terrier had to be euthanized. This was an extremely tough time for us, but the compassion and helpfulness by Toni helped us through this very stressful time. She answered all my questions with politeness and compassion. I wish I could give a no star review. Shirley was really nice. My horse passed away this past Saturday. We went down to angel view Saturday night. The man who created us was drunk, wasted. He kept hugging and touching me. I asked him to stop more than once. He blew cigarette smoke into my transportations brand new truck. He told me that he really didn't want to have to deal with two emotional girls. He then told my friends fiancé 'to get rid of the girls, because they are too emotional.' It took him about 15/20 mins to get into the building, he kept dropping the keys. He brought the back hoe out, almost taking out a few cars, and a fence in the process. He took my horse off the trailer, then demanded we leave, saying 'you need to leave now. You shouldn't be here.' He was drunk, so I didn't want to leave my credit card number with him. We left. I talked to the owner Mr. Morgan, he kept making excuses for his employer, then threatened if I did not pay by this evening he would dump my horse in my front yard. read more

My baby angel my 15 1/2 year old shitz ztu passed away on Sunday morning. I didn't know what to do I called them and received a call back right away. Dave was so comforting and sincere when I talked to him. At first we were gong to bring angel right up but my kids and grand children wanted to say good by. I called back and Dave said take your time. You can call back later in the day or Monday. Monday morning I called and again the woman who answered was comforting and sincere. When we arrived the place was beautiful. The lady behind the desk brought angel into a little room just like a mourning room. She was on a lovely table and the room gave us a calming effect. We were in the room with our baby for as long as we needed. We decided to have her paw done and the gentleman was on his lunch. He came right over with sincere condolences he actually apologized for taking a few minutes to finish his lunch. My goodness he came on his lunch break ! He asked which paw we wanted and gingerly started making he paw impression. He explained the baby powder he had to use for the print and talked to us with so much compassion. Well this morning I got a call saying angel was in the office with them and she is ready to come home. We were told 72 hrs but on this day it was less than 24. I told them we will get her tomorrow and was told. Don't worry she will be with them in the office and they will take care of her. If we could give them a higher rating they would get it. I can't say enough positive comments for the people at Angel View. Over the past 24 years I have had 3 lovely cats pass on to their creator, and now Buddie makes it my 4th cat to pass.. When Tippy died, the children and I chose a beautiful maple box for his ashes. When the box came back to us, Tippy's name and dates were engraved on a beautiful brass plate on top. Each side of the "tower" had brass inserts in which to slide a small picture of my son and daughter holding Tippy, The children were content to be able to have a "physical" part off their beloved cat back. Years later when Puff died at 21 years of age, [my daughter's cat since she was 5 yrs old], I called Angel Memorial to ask if they would be able to put Puff's ashes with Tippy's since they were pals all their lives. They did it without any problem. When my heartbroken daughter and I arrived at Angel Memorial with Puff, we had arrived late due to traffic. They quietly asked if we wanted to have private time with Puff, (before taking her). That kind gesture was one, never to be forgotten. . read more

Our beautiful 16 year old cocker spaniel lost his gifted, valiant life on 7/15/13. That trip to our Vet was so agonizing, and we knew that we wanted him cremated, and returned to our home, so we could, in the future, decide where his cremains would be laid to rest. We had not researched options, we trusted our Vet. We opted for a private cremation, and because of the distance, needed to also trust that our wishes were fulfilled. Our Vet suggested that we purchase an urn or special box, as it was thought that he would be returned in a simple cardboard box. The Vet offered that when we brought the box or urn in, they would transfer the cremains, to alleviate further grief. We purchased a simple box, that had an opening for a photo. When we received the call that our beloved's cremains had been returned to the Vet from Angel View, well, there was no need to transfer the ashes. Angel View returned our Pup in a beautiful cedar box, along with a clay paw impression with his name and a heart sign hand inscribed, Not only that, there was a card with a personalized calligraphy on the envelope, inside was the rainbow bridge sentiment; a personal sentiment, and the certificate of a private cremation. We could be glass half empty people, not knowing that it was in fact private, but prefer to believe with all the other personal details, our beautiful dog was treated with the utmost respect. We could not be there to ensure anything but, faith has us believe that he was. And if there is a naysayer reading this, we did not pay extra for any of these gifts, we just signed the paper to approve the euthanasia and our wish for a private cremation. Between sobs and tears we had no idea where his cremains were going. We kept the simple box, have his picture in the front slot, and inside, his collar, kerchief, favorite ball, and the card from Angel View. read more

We can't say enough about these folks and the services they provided to us. After the death of our beloved dog "Spirit" we made the decision to use their services. Our dog died on the operating table and the heartless vet left her lower half stuffed into a garbage bag (while charging $1000). The vet did not want to show us our dog and we saw why. We had Angel View pick her up for cremation and against the advice of our friends deceided on a viewing at their location.We are so glad we did!!! The young man who cared for our family member did so with obvious pride and love. She was put back together, bathed, brushed and looked so peaceful and content. I hope he understands that his obviously difficult job, which he does so well, brought us peace and closure. we can never thank him enough. Their grounds are so beautiful and peaceful as well. They allowed our 2 other dogs to join us and treated us kindly and with dignity. They have a very nice viewing room with fresh flowers and even allowed us to join them in placing our family member into the cremation facilities. My husband called early in the morning to discuss taking care of our dog. After telling the receptionist that the dog passed, she was EXTREMELY rude and unfeeling. We didn't even want to move on to the next step. He hung up and called a more feeling and compassionate company that understands the feelings involved in these situations. We needed to know that someone with feelings was handling him up to the very end, not a company looking to make money. Maybe she was having a bad day, but then so were we and we weren't rude to her at all. Being in a job dealing with death, you shouldn't ever have an attitude to anyone calling in. You should always know that most of the people calling are distraught and the last thing they need is wise ass remarks. Not that it matters but my dog was a retired police K-9 and the service he has given to this state he deserves the respect of any officer, and unfortunately my husband did tell her my dog was K-9, not that she cared, We didn't want special treatment for this fact, we just wanted to make sure he would be respected in death as we was in life. read more
