Kiki hated veterinary clinics, and near the end of her life she had been to several. We wanted her final moments to be peaceful, at home, free from the stress of her carrier or the sterile environment of an animal hospital. Dr. Hayes responded to my inquiry immediately: a phone call, a voicemail, a text, and an email with thoughtful resources and her availability. When we finally spoke about Kiki's condition, she was calm, compassionate, and professional. She walked us through every option and was transparent about pricing from the start. What also set Dr. Hayes apart was her availability over the weekend, something that is genuinely difficult to accommodate and not something every provider offers. Her flexibility during what is already an impossibly hard time is noteworthy and deeply appreciated. The day itself was one of the hardest our family has faced, but Dr. Hayes brought a quiet, somber grace to it that was genuinely comforting. She was extremely patient with us, never once making us feel rushed, and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes to Kiki, something that meant more than words can express. They allowed us to bring him through the back doors to avoid extra people, and they selected a different room for him to be more comfortable in (no table, etc), and did the entire exam on the floor where he was comfortable. Very happy with the pricing, I was expecting it to be a lot more and he did have several things done, nails, shots, ears, blood, etc. The best part, they took the time to learn about his behavior at home and asked the right questions, and answered all of ours as well. From start to finish, absolutely a five star. I have transferred my cats here as well, highly recommend. (I have had experience with other vets in the area, and I will say I am never going back!)

It was determined that the issues Brody was experiencing was due to cancer in his lungs and he likely only had 1-2 days left. From the time I called to find out how to proceed, to the moment we walked in, the entire staff treated my wife and I -- and Brody -- with extraordinary kindness, empathy, and respect. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer our questions, and make sure we felt supported during an incredibly difficult moment. The doctor we met with, Dr. White, was very knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to our sense of comfort and trust. I appreciate the attention to detail, but you need to listen to feedback from many customers - this is way too much time to put on the customer and the content is just too much! They really shower attention on our pets and when we return home we are greeted by a happy cat. There was a time when we needed the sitter to give medication to our cat and I was concerned but there was no reason. We came back and all the medicine had been dispensed properly. I love the notes left by the sitter too. Its such a relief to know that our sweet cat is shown care and attention while we are gone, oh and fed!!
