Never, ever, EVER work with this man. I hired him for 2 separate jobs--one to replace a short pipe…read morefrom my kitchen sink to main sewer line, the other to put some crushed stone in my driveway. He replaced the pipe, and it works, but he left my backyard a disaster--barely filled the digging back in & it's all uneven. The crushed stone was not crushed stone, but the muddy rock they use on county roads. Not what I thought I was getting, which could have been honest error in communication. But the stuff he did put down, he put down TERRIBLY. I guess it's supposed to harden but he did it right before a few days of rain & my entire driveway was a mud pit. He left POTHOLES everywhere in my driveway & the section between the sidewalk & street is like a 6 in high hill. I complained to him about the driveway. He said he'd fix it. Never did. Didn't bill me for the driveway, but when the bill came for the sewer pipe it was 50% higher than his estimate. And since then he hasn't answered a single one of my many phone calls. Apparently he also screwed my dad out of a bunch of $ by just not showing up to finish a job for which he was paid in advance. Unfortunately I found that out after my bad experience with him. Totally unprofessional, and doesn't do good work. I honestly have no idea how a guy who operates like this is still in business in such a small town. Guess it just shows how short we are on contractors.
