That is all good information, but let's talk about what you can do! He seemed irritated with our questions and certainly did not attempt to educate us on what would work best for our situation. After informing us he needed to see what we had before he could be much help, he just looked at us. No offer to set up a home consult. Acted as if working with the common man was beneath him. He did however mention that the products he sells are often to those "who want a fireplace in every room, like the multimillion dollar mansions." The showroom has many beautiful displays.
