I booked an appointment online and never heard back on confirmation. Even tried emailing the night before the appointment to confirm, still never heard back. My wife waited around as long as she could for them to show up but they never showed. Days after the appointment no show I got an email from the owner apologizing which I appreciate. He stated that my reservation came in while he was on vacation and he failed to add it to their schedule. This is just very disappointing for a company to not honor an online reservation. If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option. read more
