Great service Chris, the owner was very helpful and the job was done professionally and thoroughly. Don't use one of those "pop-up", "come to your house" detailers. Chris has been in business since Garden City was a little seedier. They are OG Idaho residents. I called, asked for a quote for the interior of my car and I got a quick response. I booked it for 10 days down the road and took it in. My 4Runner headliner was A MESS from dust, water and who knows what being sucked in through the back window. Headliner looks great, carpet restored to new, vinyl looks amazing, and the tired leather has it's original luster. Go see Chris and his team, they did a fantastic job. Took my white 2004 Mercedes E320 station wagon to have it detailed prior to selling. It had a very light interior, so showed lots of dirt marks and a pretty good collection of our dog's fur. They did a terrific job. Interior looked great, wonderful shiny exterior and superior job of engine cleaning. Highly recommend. I had my 2002 Honda Accord detailed yesterday - interior only. It had never been detailed and the upholstery had lots of stains from dirt, spills, sweat, etc, as well as dog hair. It was ready by the end of the work day, as promised, and looks absolutely brand new! I could not be more impressed. They also cleaned the headlights, which also look amazing. What an awesome job! My car was incredibly run down, dusty and dirty before I brought it to Boise Detail. I had to call since the email on their site doesnt seem to work. They were booked for a week and a half so they had to schedule me for later which was fine. I was scheduled to drop my car off right at 8 when they opened. Upon arrival, the owner was already there and seemed to be moving a few cars around. I saw a very nice classic car in their garage which tells me they do a great job and wont damage cars. The guy there, who i think is the owner, was kind enough to drive me to my office. They worked until about 3pm when i got the call that it was ready. They made my car look like new again. All of the leather was conditioned, the carpets and seats were shampooed and every nook and crany is now spotless. They got dog hair out and even reconditioned the full length of my seat belts which had a bit of water damage previously. I only did the internal detail but I will absolutely bring my car back for the external detail later in the season. They worked magic and it was totally worth the price! read more

Dropped my car to Boise Detail for a thorough cleaning and detail. The car came back mostly cleaned but not to the level I would expect with a company in the "detail" business. Things that were obvious to spot: they did not bother to open the sunroof and clean the painted surface or retracting windblock there (however, they did on the trunk and doors), the alloy wheels were not consistently clean, with a few dirty crevices left, the headliner was untouched (not particularly dirty except a noticeable grey spot on the A-pillar right next to the drivers face, which remained after the detail), and the chromed factory exhaust tips were untouched. They did apply liberal amounts of the slippery glossing agent on the dashboard and steering wheel (luckily sparing the tire-gloss). - who wants a slippery steering wheel? For the money paid, I felt the level of 'detail' was lacking. I'm sure they would be glad to fix the missed items with a second appointment if requested, but in my opinion it should not be required. They do seem to be plenty busy, perhaps focusing on quantity over quality. I'll be taking my other vehicles elsewhere. read more
