It was very easy booking Kellen, our appointment was only 3 days out from our booking date. Kellen arrived right on time and after a quick vehicle inspection, he was off and running. Our Cadillac's paint is black and had some swirl marks and scratches. Our interior had some minor scuffs on the plastic and leather seats. Kellen did the most amazing job removing all of the swirl and scuff marks. 99% of any minor scratches were buffed out. The black paint looks like a mirror now. It's absolutely beautiful. He's absolutely right, he said our car will look better than it did on the showroom floor. I will say this, we have purchased our fare share of new cars. We stopped in today for our weekly wash. As usual, staff that greeted us at the pay station was nice. Got us on our way. The employees in the wash tunnel did a great job washing the sides and getting any excess dirt off. The people drying off the cars are some of the hardest working people! They all do such an amazing job! From the tires to the window seals, they make sure there are no water droplets on it. I appreciate my husband always tipping them nicely for their hard work. They deserve it! There's another car wash right by us that hand washes cars too. But it's hard to take that chance for convenience when you know J's consistently does such a great job. Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.
