Sonyia told me herself via text that my old plate I was using on my Chrysler was good for use on my new car(honda). I do have text messaging proof of everything. I called the dealership to speak to Sonyia but all she did was laugh, I asked to speak to her manager/colleague Rodney and he did the same, laugh, which I also have a recording of them both laughing . I almost got my car towed away and now I have to pay a $140 ticket for a mistake the dealership made. I am a single mom who currently can't use my car for work because of this and Sonyia and Rodney thinks it's funny. I would be very mindful of purchasing a car from these people if I was you. Needed a quick detail for a recently purchased used car and Ancil and his team pulled through…read moredespite the short notice! Had a tough tan interior with soiled carpets and worn down leather on a 12 year old car. The team did a deep clean to get as much of the dirt out of the carpet as possible. After the car was done, the cigarette smells were nearly gone and the leather was almost as soft as new. Grease stains, dirt, salt from carpet was almost all taken out (as best as could be i was told). Reasonable pricing, accommodating staff, and neat waiting area.
