Just get a couple of quotes and you'll find out. After going to him once, I don't even compare prices anymore for other jobs. He's solid and legit 4) He does private work and insurance work, so you know he's good 5) Quick turnaround. Usually gets the job done in a day and a half 6) His labour costs are very reasonable at $60 an hour for someone with his skillset. Plus they have groupon deal available almost always which gets you three luxury car washes over 90 days for 20$, plus you are also entitled to use their vacuum to vacuum your car. Pretty sweet deal. The process is to just drive there, go into the store to provide them your groupon voucher number they issue you a code to use. Come back out select luxury car wash, type in the code and you're good to go. The only thing that beats this is getting a hand car wash done and that's comparably much more expensive.

It's a plaza issue not fault of the company Conclusion: My automobile is 11 years old and has been to 4 dealership/shop through its lifetime. I have been a customer since 2009 because they're honest, reliable and affordable. Works they've done were wheel alignment, insurance claim (stereo got stolen in a parking lot where my windows got smashed) paint work and regular check-ups. Their wait time is acceptable; I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an oil change with appointments. Of course, if you're dropping in without an appointment, you may wait longer. Like today, I waited 1 hour which is acceptable for a last minute appointment that I called on Saturday after Good Friday long weekend. I can assume after the long weekend, their extremely busy as everyone wants to change tires for spring as I was one of them who need that plus an oil change.

They will tell you they will let your insurance know and fax all the paper and report but that's a lie. They subcontract the body jobs to other bodyshops and get all the mark up. They will tell you they don't know how much to fix before you drop the car and take all the money insurance gave you when picking up the car. Just find a bodyshop yourself which may be much cheaper.
