While sitting in the waiting area while he was with his client before me, I found a property online and texted it to my realtor asking about it. We toured the property that same evening, and made an offer the next day. All done within 24 hours, and all thanks to Matt, Rowena and Jay. With their guidance, we submitted an offer and even beat out a higher offer. Our offer got accepted in the following week. Some call it crazy, but I say it's all in God's perfect timing. Matt, Rowena and Jay made it happen for us. I mean it when I say we couldn't have done it without them. They went above and beyond to make sure our first home buying process went quickly (really really quickly) and smoothly. Matt sure we had all our sh*t together, and our transaction was perfect! He even gave me some financial advice to alleviate my debts which made a big difference in my monthly bills.
