We are so grateful our realtor introduced us to Duncan Hsia. He is such an amazing expert in this business and I could tell you to not even bother going to any other company. I say this from experience. My husband and I went through another mortgage broker initially because of the great reviews. We were pleased in the beginning until when it came to finalizing our loan. Our loan broker kept insisting everything was okay and even gave us an interest rate that we thought was pretty good at 3.99. The condo we were interested in, however, had an open litigation which changed the requirements of the loan. We apparently needed a portfolio loan in order for us to get the condo. The other company kept stating they've done the best that they could and nothing else could be done unless we put down a bigger down payment. We had our budget and needed to stick with it.
