Even though the first company didn't work out due to some paperwork complications, she went above and beyond to find another option for us. During the process, she took her time to educate us, and I have to admit, I had no idea about many of the things she explained. It's rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about their clients and isn't just doing it for the money. Later, when she found out that we were paying very high health insurance premiums, she went out of her way again to help us find a more affordable family plan. The point I'm trying to make is that, as someone who has worked in hospitality and customer service myself, I truly appreciate people like her. They always get back to me right away when I have even the lamest of questions for them. My car was recently hit in a parking lot & Team Tsuha got the tow-truck there & found a reliable body shop (even though USAA was paying - other guys insurance). They stayed in contact with USAA & made sure everything was done right for me. So when I moved, I took the opportunity to obtain renters insurance with Ryan Miyashita's office. Then in 2021, with their encouragement, I opted to augment my life insurance with a policy from State Farm. It has been convenient for me having the monthly premiums consolidated and charged to my credit card. Throughout, KC Balboa has been very helpful and patient. Often, when I had to contact the office in the past, it was because my landlord at the time was requesting a timely response from me. Recently, when my renters insurance was coming up for renewal, I was surprised and pleased that Mr. Miyashita's office had proactively sent a copy of my updated policy to my landlord. I didn't need to request that they do this.

I paid monthly and I got one insurance card with the effective date and the expiration date. When I had my car shipped I changed to a local insurance and State Farm was affordable. The only problem was I paid for a 6 month policy and instead of getting a card with the 6 months of insurance, they gave me a insurance card for almost every month. I eventually called to end my policy with them and that's when I saw that the only insurance card I had was digital and it was from August to September. I called the insurance agent Kaina and I asked if the insurance card was supposed to be like that and he said "we give insurance cards for every month due to people lying and fraud of using expired insurance cards". Thought that was weird. They said they mailed out an insurance card every month but that wasn't true I didn't get any. So I had to ask them to email me all the months. Anyways I wouldn't go with State Farm for these reason. It was too much and weird for me.
