I was able to get a hold of someone to cancel all of my policies with them because obviously they're sketchy but no one can help me with the refund now so they're just getting away with his money. Then I just received something in the mail stating that I owe them money for my policy although all my policy should be canceled so I'm not sure why I owe them money. In June I called and asked about my policy and found out it didn't matter how many years I paid, my beneficiary would only get $5,000.00 if I died of natural causes. In order for my beneficiary to get $25,000.00 I would have to be murdered, die in an airplane crash, die in a fatal car accident. I would have to die tragically for my beneficiary to receive practically nothing. When I cancelled, the automatic withdrawal stopped, but I was called and sent texts 3 or 4 times a week about my payment being late, then 3 or 4 times a day. After over 2 months and several phone calls, they said we see you cancelled, but you have to sign a paper. I kept telling them okay, and after being told 8 times they would send it out immediately. Never received anything from them. Today I received an e-mail saying that I had accrued $800.00 owed to me, and they used some of that money to bring my account up to date, and would continue to make my payment to them from the account money owed to me until it was gone, then they would have to cancel my policy. THEY ARE CROOKS. They have an automated phone number that won't let you speak to anyone. DON't BE TAKEN BY THESE THIEVES
