I paid $350 deposit for an online tax prep meeting so I will have to dispute charge with my credit card to get my money back! Stay away! Edit: Taxlana returned my $350 deposit. I did not get my taxes done by them so I cannot comment on that. But the experience of not being able to reach this company by phone or other and the location listed is not legit. But I cannot give a review positive or negative on the quality of tax prep by this company.

I'm not going to text this whole situation over the phone and then wait for a response. I'd rather talk over the phone or in person to get it over and done with.
