I couldn't resist the bright colors of the macaroons, and I haven't eaten all day. I saw the prettiest cross stitched framed items by Emily Reedstrom. My favorite was "Babes Supporting Babes" and "Read More Books". I felt grateful and lucky to have this festive and colorful event as my first experience in Copper Petal. Others are encouraged to take a tag and become a Prayer Warrior for the person who left the prayer. Today, was a very impactful visit for me. I went into Philanthropy with a heavy heart because we found out our good friend that has been battling cancer was moved to hospice. The prayer room gave me peace & I left feeling a little lighter. First, they said the owner was out of the country, and the last 4 calls they promised a callback after speaking to the owner and manager. Still haven't heard back from them. The store presents itself as a Christian business and has a prayer room inside, which makes the lack of accountability and customer care especially disappointing. I expected the product to be better quality and, at the very least, for someone to follow up and make it right. I hope the store resolves this promptly and begins treating customer concerns with the integrity its branding suggests.

Are you kidding me?! 14 days from a Christmas gift that you wouldn't allow me to spend the $85 the sweater was worth plus more to have a great experience and become a loyal customer?
