I called them and they came the next day to see what I needed done. I showed him 10 huge oak tree stumps I needed removed and 30 trees I needed knocked down. Gave me a reasonable price and showed up 2 days later with an excavator and tractor. I watched them for 2 days rip up stumps, drop trees, and level all the land. Couldn't be happier with his finished work and price I paid. I will definitely be calling muddy feet for anything I need contracted. I hired him to demolish my house and carry away debris following Hurricane Michael. I specifically…read moreasked if he knew the property boundaries and he said that he knew them. After 2 years I got a call about the state of the property. I hired 3 people who could not cut the vegetation due to cement, bricks and debris EVERYWHERE. I called Smiley who denied that he had simply covered the debris rather than remove it. I demanded that he meet me at the property and he refused to clear it unless I paid $250 to clean it AGAIN, even though he had left the debris in violation of the contract. While he was there, he cut vegetation on a strip of land ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY which is owned by someone else. When informed that it was not my property, he admitted that he had cleared the property AND CHARGED ME FOR THE WORK, and worse, HAS REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, even though it is ILLEGAL to charge me for work done on someone else's property. Now is demanding payment for re-cleaning my property. He has cursed and acted like a complete jerk, yelling and screaming and refusing to even LISTEN to my argument. Threatening to sue me EVEN THOUGH HE DID NOT DO THE WORK PROPERLY First OR second time. I have had it inspected and he STILL has left debris on the property. Take a hard pass at this company. Smiley is unprofessional, does poor work, does not back it up and is a freaking nightmare to deal with.

He left everything there! He sent us beautiful pictures upon "completing" the job, and charged us $6500! As you could probably guess, he would not answer calls or texts. We are now in the process of hiring someone to redo all the damage he did. So, please, don't use this man. he is not a nice person.
