I called this company cause previously owner recommended, was having issues with flushing i called figure its time to be service. They came out did their thing after i asked what was the problem, guy said it was half filled and the filer was dirty, toilet started flushing with no problem, couple weeks later the problem came back.. So I decided to do some YouTubeing and learn how to clean my filter, pop the top and the septic is fill to the top! So im thinking have i been scammed?. So i called and the guy says thier work isnt guarantee. And i would have to pay for their return. I wouldnt use this company if you do i would make sure they actually service your septic and don't place a bandaid over it. read more

I used this company several times. I own a business and at one point, I was using them twice a week to pump out a septic tank at my business. I found another company that charges $91 less per pump, so I contacted xtreme and told them to cancel all my future pumps. They didn't cancel one I had set up for months later, so they came and pumped out the septic this past Monday, when the business was closed. I already had the other company coming the next day to pump. When I got an invoice from Xtreme for $351 by email, I replied and told them I had cancelled all services and I didn't owe them. Without ANY communication from them, they came back to my business and filled up the septic tank with all the poop they had collected from other places. Our sewage is mostly soapy water, not crap. When Ensley Septic came to pump the next day, they said it was completely full and there was a bunch of sludge (crap) on top. I thought Xtreme had lied about pumping it out. I found out today from a gentleman who's doing work at my business, that Xtreme showed back up, while he was there, and pumped sewage back INTO my septic, filling it completely full. Since Xtreme screwed up, I should not have been punished. I was lucky that Ensley septic still showed up to pump, even though I cancelled them, after Xtreme pumped it out. And guess what? Ensley plumbing didn't charge me for that pump, because I had cancelled their service for that day. They were surprised that the septic tank was so full, since I told them Xtreme pumped it the day before. My biggest issue with all of this, was that xtreme never told me they were going to fill my tank back up with their mixed crap from the truck. Communication is a must, if you're going to own a business. If you want a good reliable company, call Ensley Plumbing. They do what they say and their prices are way better. Dishonest Business. They charged me a total of $715 to uninstall/reinstall a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher & water filter. The initial visit was $158, a fair price. Talked with the plumber who did the work over the phone and when I asked what the charge would be for the second visit to reinstall just the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal & water filter he said, "roughly $200 more than the initial service visit of $158. Again a fair price. Then I was emailed an "estimate" to sign for the work which was $557! I declined the estimate and called them to explain I didn't need the dishwasher reinstalled (I purchased a new one that would be installed later) nor did I want a new garbage disposal and then I signed the estimate. When the work was completed they bill me a total of $715. I called to dispute the charge with them a month later when I receive my Credit Card bill. I have security cameras at my house that prove they billed me for more time than the job actually took. When a business bills you for time they didn't actually work that is called fraud. When I called the owner to dispute this he told me, I signed the estimate and that is what I had to pay. Imagine a plumbing business that says "family owned and experienced in business for 8 years and they can't figure out how long it's going to take them to reinstall work they just deinstalled. They weren't reinventing the wheel. I supplied the materials all they supplied were water lines, and they billed me for hoses for the dishwasher I never asked for or received. I also called to get a quote to install (3) bathroom faucets that I provide and they quoted me over $600! When I called to express my concern of how much they charged me, I was told by the owner, "You signed the estimate. And it is a guaranteed flat rate." Ok that's great if it took them 10 hours to complete the job! Any company that quotes $600 to install bath faucets is not legit! I called another plumbing company (All Pro Plumbing) that charged $230. These idiots are crooks! Their value is a ZERO, their professionalism is a ZERO, and their integrity is a ZERO! I never write reviews except when dishonest people try to justify non legit charges! How do you justify a $370 price discrepancy on a bath faucet install? And to make matters worse this service was for my 81 year old widowed mother! Owner says to check his reviews on Facebook & Google, if you're a good company your reviews are consistent across all platforms. Not BBB accredited. read more

Great company and service. I have septic tank issues so I have used them about four times in the last year. They came out on Christmas day for a pump out. Then today, I had a toilet stop working. Wasn't sure if it was a clog or the tank filing up and the toilets stopping. So they sent a septic trunk to see if they could get it unclogged from the inlet to the tank. The toilet is too far away so it did not work, so the owner came out at 6pm and snaked the toilet, which worked. The toilet is in my elderly in-laws part of the house, so him coming out helped save the day/night. read more

Extremely dissatisfied. Guys they sent out not only did poor job and not what I wanted, but broke my microfiber internet line on way out and now no tv or internet for 3 days. They claim they'll reimburse me for cost to fix it but that's not enough. Bad service all around although the receptionist was very accommodating and tried to help resolve the problem. read more

Needed emergency services and Xtreme was there for us. Granted we had to pay a little extra for after-hours but it was worth it given all we learned about what was actually wrong with our system. James & Joseph taught me more about my system then any other crew who has serviced us in the past. They were practically upside-down in the tank making sure every corner was clean and every root was removed. They clearly take pride in their work and they earned our repeat business. They did a septic pumpout and inspection for a house I am buying. Joseph was wonderful with educating me about how septic tanks work, what to do/not to do, the conditions of the tank, etc. He spend a lot of time on the phone with me. I scheduled this appointment 3 weeks ago. Two days before the appointment, I received an email confirming the date/time. On the day of the appointment, I took my dogs (5) to daycare so as not to be in the way of the technicians. I waited and waited. No call, no email, no text. At 2 1/2 hours after the end of the appointment window (7-10am), I call the office. First I'm told the appointment is the next day. After I tell them the email states today, then the lady says, it may be because someone quit. I'm put on hold for a moment, only to be told the truck needed isn't available and they're not sure when it will be. I will not recommending this company. Attempting to blame the customer then an employee who quit, only to find out it's the company who failed me, is bad business. read more

While they arrived expeditiously and did perform the job in quick fashion, they did significant damage to my drive way with their truck. I gave them permission to drive on it to get closer to the tank with the condition that they would stay off the edges. They did not, actually driving off the drive way and breaking the edge off of about 8 feet of drive. To add insult to injury, I have been waiting two weeks for the owner to return my phone call regarding the damage. I was going to get an estimate for a new drain field from them and I had some other plumbing work I was going to use them for. But that will not happen and I will naturally share this with everyone I know. Getting bids for the repair so that I can pursue this in small claims court. read more

They are Crooked and Rude! Do not use!! I paid for 1000 gallons they only did one side which was only 250 and didnt pump the other side and my septic was over flowing the next day. we told them that they didn't pump it all that they are supposed to pump both sides because we have an older tank that has two compartments and it a small tank. both sides only equal to half of what we paid for. he said no the other side don't matter even tho every other company that's done it always does both. they refused to finish the job we paid for and instead wanted us to pay again for another 1000 gallons and then insulted me and said that it had been over flowing for a year when in fact it had only been a few of weeks . like we would live in a yard with a tank over flowing is just sick, we just want what we paid for. so now I've wasted our money and been insulted and ignored. I will be contacting BBB. these people are awful and obviously don't know their shot. read more

Called in on a Saturday which is after hours to schedule a septic tank pumpout. Left a message for return phone call to schedule appointment with directions of first thing in morning. No call. Return called mid-afternoon resulted in a 2 day waiting list. Technicians arrived and where super friendly however instead of stirring the bottom sludge and making any attempt at removing it the only thing done was pumping out of water leaving the sludge behind with statement that since it was a dirt bottom they could vacuum that out. Dirt bottom septic it is not and the rod even bent when checking to "verify" tank bottom condition. Had to tell the guys to at least attempt to clean main tank inlet which was left clogged requiring another plumbing company to come out and repair. And the drain was not clogged in the house it was about 12" up the inlet pipe from the tank. To finish things off, 2 tiny pieces of the old felt was thrown over 2/3 of the gap created by lid in effort to seal and keep ground water from entering in the tank and filling it. One would think replacement plastic or felt would come with the service. Being a remodel site we happen to have plastic on hand to put down before reburying the tank. I can not say they will never use them again. But will have a hard time do so unsupervised. Btw... the company referred to complete the job was amazing. read more
