We had water coming out from underneath a toilet and the guys at Hydro Scout checked it with a camera (those guys were awesome too) and said we need to get the septic tank cleaned and gave Wilkinson's number. They showed up the same day, found the "actual" lid to the tank and cleaned it. Very respectful, patient and knowledgeable guys.

We hired them to pump out the septic tank in Nov.2020 The gentleman who came tried selling us a…read morewhole new system. Stating he can get us a permit for just 2k! He stated our leach lines probably caused the initial back up and would need replaced altogether around 6-8k He only pumped out one side of the 1500 gallon tank and left. Not even 4 months later another back up, we called a 2nd company to come see what the issue is. It was a huge build up on the opposite side of the tank that wasn't pumped in November after we paid for their service. They basically took the water left the sludge. Nothing wrong with our leach lines or pipes at all. So... terrible company or at least service. Everything has been fine since, and the 2nd company fixed the mess left behind. Also they guaranteed their work and findings. I will report this company on BBB as well.

Brandon apologized and gave us a separate invoice for a no charge tank pump-out. The woman who answered the phone number on the invoice told me they bought the business from the people who installed our system. She found the invoice for the install but refused to look up the invoice number we have for the no charge pump-out. She told me that Brandon moved to Alabama and if I had his cell phone number I should call him for him to honor it. We live in Florida!! Really?! To earn our business, she didn't offer a discount vs a free pump-out she said instead it would be full price at $450. We called another company also from Crestview who said it would be only $375. Superior? No! "Inferior" should be their name from now on! Do NOT use this company as it's under new management - It's not the same company as it was before!
