He called me and scheduled a quote estimate visit within the same week, and soon after, sent over a quote. This process was very seamless and efficient. Steve was very professional, on time, and finished the job quickly. The job was a bit tough because slate is a very porous stone, and my floors had an oil-based sealant on them, so he had to remove the sealant first and then clean the floors, which was laborious. Nevertheless, the floors came out excellent and looked dramatically different (in a very good way!). He also applied a hospital-grade disinfectant to my floors, which was a nice touch. Pricing was very reasonable and fair, and Steve was very transparent about pricing from his initial visit, which I appreciated very much. I will be hiring Clean Step Chem-Dry for all of my tile and stone cleaning needs in the future. Highly recommend!
