This is the worst business/owner I have ever dealt with. Mike was incredibly rude to my mother and I when I was picking up a truck I had detailed at his business - he yelled, told my mother to stop talking, etc. I think he has an issue with females. Not only was Mike a jerk, but he damaged the vehicle. He also lied to cover himself by saying he had two different tech's working on the vehicle that day because the first one went home sick and that Mike never checked the vehicle before calling me to say it was ready. I had to pay the $400 bill (or else I would not have gotten the keys back) and then I did try to dispute the bill with my credit card company, who Mike went above and beyond to lie to. Please see my attached photos so you can see what a $400 detailing looks like - the rims are still filthy, the passenger seat has new stains, we removed the drivers seat "stain" in half of it with a cheap foaming cleaner to show Mike that the "stain" is dust and that the interior was not cleaned, and see the newly added chips in the paint! read more

They did a pretty nice job on the first car I brought in to them. So I decided to bring in my other car. It seemed like they really didn't care on the second car. Many sections were missed on the interior, you can't tell what kind of finished product you will get. read more

I brought my Subaru to M&M to have standard kit clear-bra install (half hood, front bumper and half of the front fenders) plus all 4 door edges, side view mirror, all 4 door cups and top of the rear bumper by the trunk entrance. Cost was $1k plus taxes which was a bit more experience than other places, but the end result was stunning that made me forget the higher cost. I have a black car and even up-close I can't barely see the clear-bra. Scheduling was so easy peasy The owner Mike Fuda was extremely friendly, professional and prompt to return any of my questions either via email or phone call. I will tell you my experience and why I will keep going back to M&M, their customer service. After I took the vehicle home that night I noticed the side view mirrors were only partially covered. Apparently the template from 3M doesn't include full mirror coverage, but Mike agreed the mirror should had been fully covered. He re-scheduled me later in the week and added the missing piece free of charge while I waited, 30-45mins tops, which I barely noticed because I was on the free WiFi working on the laptop. Great work and awesome customer service. If you have any issues just call Mike and he will take care of it for you. read more

I stopped in yesterday to ask about getting my front windows of my SUV tinted to match the rest of the car... I was able to schedule an appt for today and dropped the car off around 930 and got a call around 1145 saying my car was done. Easy process and the tint looks great and matched perfectly to the factory installed tint on the back windows. The guy who does tinted rents a space from the owner Mike, and only accepts cash or business checks, be aware you'll need one of those to pay for tinting service! read more

Mike did a great job when I had my m240i detailed last October 2020, brought in today for a spring detail since he did such a good job last time, was even able to get a few scratches out and car was immaculate inside and out, definitely would recommend with reasonable prices. You can expect excellent work at M&M. My car was recently damaged by over-sprayed paint while a contractor was painting a building nearby, which resulted in a million specks all over my car from bumper to bumper. I met with Mike and Hector and they were able to undo this damage and restored my car's finish back to the day I purchased it! Hector's meticulous work and Mike's follow-up during the job was just perfect. I'm glad to have found such a great detailer and I highly recommend them. read more

Great place that did a terrific job on my Honda Pilot and Subaru Forester. They steam the leather to get it extra clean and clay bar the paint so it is very smooth. I keep telling people about how good my SUVs came out. Would highly recommend. read more

Took my wife's car to have the interior detailed. 1.5 hours later than the time I had scheduled to bring it in I got a friendly call from M&M checking to see if I was still planning on coming. I confirmed my appointment and apologized for being late. Due to the later arrival I was informed that I would likely get my car back later in the day than initially communicated (makes sense). I dropped the car off and got a call mid-afternoon saying it was ready. Picked up the car and surprise...it looked very detailed. Job very well done. The whole process was smooth and drama free. I guess when you have been in business for about 20 years you must be doing something people like. read more

Although I was happy with my detail job I was very disappointed in how I was overcharged for an interior cleaning. With a 15 % off it was 180. I was asked if I planned on having my dog go in the car again(rude). Yes there was some dog hair but probably some of my hair also That's why I'm detailing it. Very unprofessional! I appreciated that they let me know up front that they couldn't help me since the scratches on my car were beyond buffing & needs to be painted..... but, I don't appreciate the fact he was laughing in the back room about "why did she use touch up paint on her car?" - I touched up the paint for obvious reasons - it didn't look very good since the scratches were very large; I don't recommend an establishment who's employees treat their potential customers with no respect. Even if they had a painting service, I obviously would not use them. read more

After leaving my sunroof opened on the day we had torrential down pour, the inside of my car had a couple of inches of rain. I did what i could to suck the water out from inside the car. With the weather cooperating the last few days I've left the windows and sunroof opened and the car has dried off inside, however, it has developed mildew smell. Wanting to get the car detailed inside, I called M&M and got no answer so I left a voice message, no one called me back. I called the following day (today) and was greeted with a very rude person (Mike). I started to explain my situation and before I could finish he said he couldn't take my car in for another two weeks and said this should've been taking care of when it happened I tried to explain that II had and he again interrupted me and asked what I wanted him to do now. I said I wanted the rugs shampooed and car detailed inside and out, he gave me the prices, but at that point I didn't feel I wanted to bring them my business . There are a lot of other places that, I'm sure, will appreciate my business, they're not the only game in town. read more
