Recently it has had a moldy or musty odor, which makes me question how well the equipment and water systems are being maintained.

Yes, we should've caught it sooner, but it should've been canceled correctly in the first place. We emailed asking for cancellation and a refund, only to be told we needed to call. When we called, the "lines were busy," and we had to wait for a callback. After finally speaking with someone, we were told they won't refund the charges because the card on file was no longer active, something completely unrelated to the fact that the cancellation was never processed

However when pulling up and waiting in the cash/credit lane one of the employees were in mid conversation with someone in the car at the start of the lane, the barrier raised but they did not move. The conversation kept going on for a rather long time and due to the body language it did not seem like a professional or business related conversation. The employee looked back and saw me and the extending line multiple times but did not stop his conversation. When finally they did move I found the employee, (Dylan or David, his name started with a D for sure) I found he was a manager. When I asked if there was any reason that took so long, thinking there was a complication or a business related question he sharply told me "We were having a conversation" in a rather rude voice. He was very sharp and clearly upset with me just being there so I didn't say anything out of being so put off and uncomfortable by this interaction. If this was a new employee or an exhausted teenager's first job I would have understood the attitude via lack of experience. But I would have never expected this behavior from a manager. Everything else was fine, my car still has debris on it, my windshield is still dirty, the vacuum couldn't get all of the dirt, and there was no clear area to report the rude behavior, and the expected time to use the vacuums was 10 minutes which felt incredibly too short. The wash did a really good job with all the bugs that were stuck to the hood/front of my car. The quality for the value is amazing and the additional amenities available to customers was something I've never seen before. At the vacuum station they had a wide head and thin head vacuum, an air compressor, cleaning spray, and reusable microfiber towels at your disposal. The towels smelled really good and they were slightly wet, which helped wipe up any residual dirt around the car. Overall, great experience. I know Tagg-N-Go is a chain, I can't speak for the other locations, but I would definitely recommend and revisit this location.
