I can NOT speak highly enough of this place. They did such a phenomenal job detailing my car. It's 10 years old but now looks BRAND. SPANKING. NEW. They did everything I asked them to do and more. There was a sticker stuck on the back of the car that seemed impossible to get off, but they took care of it and now there is no trace! So excited about the work they did on my car. I also HAVE to mention that I was treated so well as a customer. I felt cared about and valued. I feel like a lot of detailing places just try to nickel and dime you, but they just genuinely want to help make my car look better. Biggest waste of $300. Do not use this detailing company. They had my car for 6.5 hours and my carpets were still dirty. There was sticky stuff on the door that I know for a fact WASN'T there when I dropped my car off. They didn't even wipe down the back seat or the back cup holders. I had 2 garbage containers that both had a small amount of trash in them and they didn't even take the time in those 6.5 hours to dump the 2 bags. The frame around the side window was all dirty and greasy. Sure glad I paid $300 to park my car on their lot for 6.5 because I'm sure they only cleaned it for maybe an hour if that. Please find a better detailing company and learn from my mistake. Wish I could have given them 0 stars. Edited to add: Vehicle was "cleaned" (for lack of a better word) on 6/10/2022 the more I find things in my car that they didn't clean the more I realize that they really didn't do anything to my car at all. They kept in on there lot for 6.5 hours quickly wiped it down before it was picked up and charged me $300 for it. I have NEVER in my life been so disappointed with a business then I have been with this company. The sad part is, my car wasn't even that bad before I took it in. My husband just bought me the gift certificate for Mother's Day because he knew how bad I wanted my car detailed because I like to have a nice clean car and we were both hoping to get a super clean shiny car back but that wasn't the case here. It makes my blood boil every time I get in my car knowing how much money I spent for basically NOTHING!!!!!! Excellent quality work! Before they fixed it, my Lexus had been scratched by the wind blowing an object into it. Two places were especially scratched, then the rest of an entire side of the car had been rubbed to a dull matte finish. The guys at A Professional Touch were able to buff out most of the major scratches. There was only one scratch that went below the clear coat, so it couldn't be fixed, but definitely looked much better. They even polished the plastic around the side mirror that had been damaged so that it looked new. The car was then waxed to a mirror shine using top end products. Beautiful work. read more

I have had the worst experiences getting nickle-and-dimed by car detailers. I've never walked away satisfied, always noticing little nooks and crannies that they skipped. There was always an excuse as to why they couldn't clean there, do that, etc. It always blew my mind how most car detailers seemed to lack attention to DETAIL. I saw the great reviews for A Professional Touch, but came in with tempered expectations. Happy to say that I was beyond impressed! My car looks incredible. There was none of that pay extra to wash the mats, remove the seats, etc. Just a solid, comprehensive job for a fair price. I didn't get a chance to inspect the car before paying, so I tipped modestly (again, having been disappointed so many times before!), but they've earned my trust and future business! read more

Really good work. I had someone throw an egg at my car and it damaged the paint. They sanded it out buffed it and waxed my car. I would recommend them for a quality wax job on your car. They are a little pricey though. I paid $179 for the work done. But they got me in right away and it was well done. read more

These guys did a great job on the fiberglass exterior of my 33ft motor home. Looks better than when it was new. Parking is tight but they did the difficult maneuvering. It's a long process, a lot of work. Spent the time at the nearby Provo Mall and a short walk to restored Old Town Provo. Can't comment on the cost as this was paid as part of the warranty when the MH was first purchased. PermaPlate in Salt Lake took care of that. read more

Sam and his staff are professional and excellent to work with. They really try to go the extra mile. They never try to sell services we don't need but keep a close eye on potential issues we should be aware of. Not impressed. We took our car here after we bought one that needed some cleaning, which we did some of it ourselves. We took it in to be detailed and all I felt like they did was clean the carpets. They left a filmy residue on the windows and I had to end up putting another couple hours of cleaning into it after getting it detailed. Not what you want after spending $150. Unless you have a lot of money and not a lot of time to do it yourself and don't care about attention to detail, I do not recommend it. read more

Do NOT go here! This is the biggest rip off. I spoke to the owner over the phone and explained what I needed. He told me 3 hours. Took my car in at noon and it still wasn't done by 5:30 pm. Went down at 6:30 pm still not done so I had to leave it overnight. Made 3 trips to Provo which was a huge inconvenience because I live 20 min away. Inspected the car and it had been vacuumed and armoral wiped. NOTHING ELSE! One of the things I asked to be done was the head liner. The owner said he did this himself and couldn't get anything out of it. Umm...that's why I went to a specialty shop. Funny thing is, it all ended up coming out after I worked on it. I'm sorry but I don't believe the owner touched my car! Trunk wasn't vacuumed, vinyl wasn't wiped. I basically paid for an armoral and half vacuumed car. I will NEVER go here again! I will say JC the tech who didn't work on my car but tried to help me after I was upset was great to work with. read more
