While my SUV was inside the car wash, the system suddenly stopped. One of the attendants then jumped into my vehicle, drove it off the tracks, and in doing so damaged both of my rims. When I questioned why they would drive the vehicle off the track without first checking what had happened, the staff lied and claimed they had warned me that damage could occur due to the size of my tires. This is completely untrue--the attendant personally directed me into the wash, and I paid for the service at the front desk like every other customer. The staff and management refused to take responsibility for the damage, showing a complete lack of professionalism. The owner even came out and denied any fault, despite the obvious circumstances. To make matters worse, the facility itself is in very poor condition--the tracks are bent, equipment looks old and poorly maintained, and overall, it's not a place I would even trust to wash a toy car. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. Please see attached photos to understand the condition of the facility.

It was in bad condition before I brought it in to National Auto Spa. I purchased the Groupon that offered interior and exterior car detailing for $49. They only charged $15 for the pet hair (which is unheard of). Usually pet hair car cleaning costs upwards of $200. Google Maps was quite good at getting me to the shop, which is located on the back side of a plaza. The cleaning took 2 hours and I waited in a nice cafe in the plaza. The reason for the five stars is the excellent service. Staff was friendly as I checked in and did not judge the condition that my car was in, or the fact that I was getting a Corolla detailed. In the end, the car detailer even asked me if I wanted extra shine on my rims as if I was driving some kind of luxury car. When I said no, he asked if it was too much and if I wanted him to take some off, what a sweetheart. Thanks for making me and my Corolla feel like a million bucks!
