I called the store when I discovered the damage. They said my comforter was cleaned at a different location and that someone from that facility would contact me. No one has called back and it's been over 2 weeks. I waited patiently over the holidays. This is absurd. I lost a $620 wool comforter, the $61 Tide cleaning fee, and the duvet cover I can no longer return. I'm not even sure what to do at this point. What an awful and unprofessional business. I need to give this social media attention and file with small claims court. Photos show the mass of excess fabric of the inner lining, which was originally taut, new staining all along the edges from improper cleaning, and newly uneven and misshapen border.

The dryers weren't great from my experience and why the 4 stars. I picked a 5 load machine over the 3 load because it was only .75c more. I put it on the high heat and let it dry for the I think 30 min it was. But the towels weren't dry. I had to load them up damn to take him and dry again. I didn't have time to run it again and also didn't want to pay another $3. They had lots of people working, folding, keeping things organized and clean which I liked.

It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs. If I have any articles of clothing that will need dry cleaning in the future, Ian's will be top of mind.

It's seriously a major operation and they take their business and the processing of your clothes very seriously. When you can drop off after 4pm and pick up the next day at 4pm that's huge. These guys dry clean University of Texas uniforms that says a lot. You can tell right when you walk in you're doing business with a heavy hitter, and the best part is they're not a chain, they're a local business. My office recently relocated from downtown to north Austin, I could careless about the move, however, I had been using a dry cleaner for years right by my office. I started going there because it was very convenient, not because it was great but they did a decent job. I lost some buttons along the way and had cracked shirt buttons, also double pant presses which were annoying. But I scarified quality for convenience, bad move on my part I will admit. Everyone who regularly uses a dry cleaners knows that having a specific one that they use all the time is personal, at least for me it is. You develop a relationship with them, I mean you're there 2-3 days a week, you're dropping off hundreds of dollars in dress clothes you want to know that they're in good hands.
