They killed my beard. I asked for it to be cleaned up a little and I lose over 2 inches in the front and almost nothing on the side. Also it took the dude 5 tries to get my mustache even because he went to high on one side. Best part is no manager there, no one cares. The dude gave me a fake sorry and a "you don't have to pay" after and that's not going to grow 2 months of beard back. Only people there to complain to is other barbers because again, the owner/manager doesn't care. No one there running the play or making sure things are done right. Their reviews are high because they run a good social media campaign. Their booking app rates them 5 stars and won't let me post a review.. do business at your own risk here. Update: I washed my hair and found out I lost most of the hair on my head too. I asked him to take an inch off the top and do a fade. He took almost 3 inches off the back top part of my head and left it almost as long as it was when I got in on the front. I'm 100% going to have to go find another shop this week and once's it's evened out I would have lost a total of 3 plus inches off the top. Months to grow. read more

I found this barbershop and booked my appointment with Moose. The shop itself was nice and clean. I had to wait maybe 2-5 minutes after my appointment time which is excellent customer service. Since this was my 1st time, I explained what I wanted done. I requested Moose shave my bald head and shape and trim my beard. I was completely happy with the quality of the shave and the beard. The price is reasonable and this shop is 5 minutes from my house. I highly recommend Fineline and Moose in particular. read more

Been to Fine Line Barber shop a couple of times and would seriously recommend that you follow their online appointment system so that you don't have to wait very long as this place is always pretty busy and also bring cash as they don't take credit cards. During my last visits have seen about 12 stations and rarely do you see any of them open. The barbers are referred to as artist and the take pride in giving some of best men's hairs cuts and fade cuts and would definitely agree. On my first visit got my hair cut from John (owner) Nd was very happy, but on my last visit December 30th arrived as walk in and my hair cut was some by Kevin and again was very pleased. Social distancing and sanitation being observes and felt very safe. Look forward to continue having hair done here and certainly glad to see them have survived this Covid-19 fiasco. read more

I came in to get my haircut by JERAL, and wow i can't even understand how you could just mess up someone's hair so badly even after they showed you reference pictures of what i wanted and stopped you to tell you that i didn't want to cut my hair short. After trying many barbers for m kids haircut needs and not being happy with, we decided to try Inline barbers. We went in on a rainy mid-day. Not packed at all, my 19 year old liked the end result. They also gave him a beard trim for $5.00, they left my son's face clean. Like other barbers, they do not take credit cards or debit cards. They do; however, have an ATM machine. The price is a par with other barbers $15.00. We were please with the job they did and the professionalism as we have gone to other male only barbers and they don't respect if kids or women are present and they curse like there is no tomorrow. read more

I've been to this place 3 times already, Malcom was pretty good, but he didn't really give the best costumer service, my cut was fresh though. I decided to go back and since malcom wasn't available I made an appointment with Rom who apperantly is one of the best barbers there, turns out he did my cut and forgot to do my side burns ( both sides) I didn't realize it until I got home because he didn't even show me the haircut I had to stand up and look at it at the mirror but I trusted him and didn't really noticed my side burns, they rush to do your cut , max 20 minutes, which i guess is fine but at least do the job the right way. the haircut is $22 plus tip , I rather pay more for a barber who can take their time and do a good job read more

Finding the perfect barbershop could be hard but, I finally found that place at Fine Lines located in Kendall. I would advise you at first to come in as a walk in so you can see what barber you like best. From there set up your appointments online that way you can secure your place at the time you desire. They do ask for your credit card number as a hold and do not charge anything unless you do not show up and it's not the full amount. My sons barber is Ian he really listens to him about what he likes and style he's going for. My son has never left there feeling like "what is this?" He charges $20 for my sons blowout. Make sure to bring cash they do not accept credit cards but, they do have an ATM machine inside but charges you a fee. The products they use are really good and are very clean. Probably one of the best barber shops in Miami I've been too in a long time. My son has now been here five times and each time it was with someone different. It seems like everyone at this barbershop knows what they're doing. We live 25 minutes away and he now won't go anywhere else. The convenience of setting up an appointment online is also great. Felt uneasy from the moment I sat at my baber's chair (JAlvarez) and he said he was not expecting me to want something so 'drastic'. Should have left when I had the chance, but I really hoped it was just his nerves. He 100% lacked the confidence to cut a woman's hair, as though it were an alien thing to do, and I could feel his hesitance so I verified with him TWICE if he could get the job done. I asked for something simple--long at the top, short at the back. Instead, I received a lopsided haircut that was way too short because he had the genius idea of starting at the top of my head (with clippers) and chopping everything off unevenly. Needless to say, the end result was not even close to what I had asked him for. So disappointed--I had high hopes after having read the reviews as well as the owner's "motto" but boy was I mistaken. Never coming back nor recommending this place. Thank God my boyfriend decided to not cut his hair as well, what an upsetting experience. Really hope your staff can learn to admit when they are not up to the task. There is also nothing wrong with being honest regarding a mistake, saying "Perdon." without offering me a solution is the same as doing nothing. Everything done to me was extremely rushed and sloppy. It really upsets me that I have to make this review. I've been to this business 3 times and this will be the last. I scheduled my appointment at 5:00pm with @icut_miami or John. I arrived at the parking lot about 15 minutes earlier to avoid being rude and unprofessional, a habit that is not practiced very commonly. I was informed by the front desk that John would be about 15 minutes late to take me, cool. That's fine, I get it. It happens. I was finally seated at 5:42, 42 MINUTES after my appointment, or 27 minutes after the 15 minute delay. Just another mysterious case of the infamous "Miami time". This is a business, barbers run their own business... Not professional to keep a returning client waiting and not own up to your mistake either. Just sat me down and acted like nothing happened. My haircut itself was not given the "fine line" treatment. The most minimalistic effort was given it was almost comical. I may not have the most "exotic" or "cool" taste in hair, but man I expect the sides to be trimmed properly and the top to not be uneven. I've done cuts with Johnny before and it was never this poorly done. I went back to him because I liked his original cut. He didn't even offer to show me the back of my head! Really dude, c'mon. Fun doesn't stop there.... I think that the gentlemen need to have a talk with the owner about what and when is it appropriate to have private conversations. These guys would probably be awesome to hang out with OUTSIDE of work, because in the shop, there is just a lack of professionalism. Seriously, these guys get distracted and leave the person to contribute to the conversation. I get it's fun to work with your boys, but you have to know when it's time to have conversations. I don't think it's right that I need to pay full price for: Late haircuts, poorly done haircuts and uncomfortable conversations. Especially to a returning customer. Remember that customer service revolves around completing tasks to the customers way, not yours (we aren't even asking for much). People have places to go, families to see, jobs to go to, school to attend, world doesn't stop at the barbershop; that's why you gotta attend people at their time, do the job quickly and efficiently without distractions and take a moment to establish a form of connection with your client. We just left our first appointment at Fine Line and my 11 year old son INSISTED we leave a 5 star review before we were even out of the parking lot. From a mom's perspective, this barbershop was so convenient, online booking and parking were a breeze. My son's barber, Malcolm, was awesome, made him feel super comfortable, and had my 11 year old exclaiming that it was the best haircut he ever had! We've gone to quite a few different spots because he never cares about his hair, but he literally said Malcolm is his permanent barber after today. It's crazy that they book a haircut and a beard for 30 minutes. I drove 35 minutes to arrive to my haircut 15 minutes early only to wait 25 more minutes pass my regular appointment. The only guy I remembered from the original barber shop crew was taking walk-ins. However he had as per lady a 1hr to 1hr and a half waiting time. This place is phenomenal. I have been in Miami for a year now and finding a good place to cut hair has been a struggle. A friend of mine recommended Fine Line Barbershop and I thought I'd give it a try since it was close to the gym I went to. Service I love how they allow you to book your appointments online or on Genbook as an app on your phone. I also like how every barber has an Instagram so you can go ahead and check out how they cut. I usually get my haircut on the timeslot I'm scheduled for and sometimes it may be a little late but I understand that this place gives quality haircuts and the barbers take their time on you so you always leave looking the way you want to. I know there are some people who come and complain because they are nothing more than impatient, but if you give this place a try, I'm sure they would not disappoint!
