Turned out, on one whole side of my house, the wood sheathing was completely dilapidated and needed full replacement. In one day, Brian and his crew did a complete tear off and removed the whole side of my roof and installed new roof wood sheathing. From there a completely new roofing system was installed with quality material and great workmanship within the next couple of days at a very reasonable price. They cleaned it up, removed 2 to 3 inches of soil, and trimmed everything.. They moved things around for me because the original owners had planted stuff too close together. I didn't put in anything new, just moved stuff around. Then they put down weed barrier fabric and new mulch. My downspout extensions were shot. They replaced them, put them underground, and added a pop-up drain. I am not only thrilled with the job that they did, but they were also a pleasure to work with.
