These guys were great. I set up a pick up and they were able to come that same day (within hours). Once there, the guys explained pricing and everything else. They were polite, respectful (even offered to remove their shoes in the house), and professional. They suggested requesting a dumpster next time because I'd be able to throw away a lot of junk for only a little more. I have shared their information to several people already. I arranged to have North Point Junk Removal come to give me an estimate for disposal of some junk/trash. They were very responsive once I made the appointment. They called an hour before arrival to let me know they were on the way. Once here, they were extremely friendly and professional. They looked at what I had gathered and gave me an estimate that was over half less than what I'd been quoted by another company. They quickly got the junk loaded. We were able to pay quickly via Venmo. All done in less than 15 minutes. I was told they also offer full dumpster rental for larger jobs. If you need this type of service, I'd call them first! I would like to say that North Point Junk Removal company was the best. The staff is outstanding and personable. The receptionist went above and beyond with her supervisor to ensure that they were able to stop by my house last minute to give me a quote. When Michael and Will arrived they were professional and gave me a reasonable quote for amount of stuff I needed removed from my back yard. This whole process was new to me as we are originally from Chicago and you just sit your unwanted stuff in the alley and on garbage day it's removed. No cost involved. Michael and Will were so dedicated to helping me that even though I had no previous appointment and it was the end of their shift they removed my junk on the spot. Prior to calling them I had tried other companies for quotes which but their prices were outrageous.
