N'Ndmdi, the owner of the company, answered and scheduled service promptly each time I called. First time experience with Junk Tycoon was to haul all debris including tree trumps, tree branches, tree leaves, old trampoline, and abandoned swing from my rental property backyard. N'Ndmdi and his team member showed up on time and cleaned up all junks timely with a decent fair price for the service they provided. Second time when I contacted N'Ndmdi was for another rental property. Due to tenant's move out, there were lots of debris as a result of construction which needed to be hauled away prior to list property on market for sale. N'Ndmdi again has scheduled the service promptly and helped me with my needs. N'Ndmdi has also took some photos after clean up upon request. With all work he did, I did not feel I was overpaying after all.
