I hired this company for a concrete project, and the overall experience was frustrating. During the…read morework, large sections of my yard were torn up. Sod was removed and thrown on top of other grass, trenches were left open, and several sprinkler zones were damaged and responsibility was not taken. My yard wasn't perfect before, but it was grass, not loose dirt, mud, and scattered dead patches. To their credit, they did come back and refill the trenches, restore the holes, and fix the sprinkler issues after I pointed them out. However, I had to rearrange my own plans to be present and make sure the repairs were actually done, which shouldn't be necessary if things were handled correctly the first time. Even after the repairs, the side yard was not returned to its original condition. I attached photos of before they came and after the job. The removed sod was not properly replanted, the area was left uneven, and instead of actual sod replacement I was told they would "drop hybrid seed," which is not a proper fix for sod that was removed or destroyed. The photos show exactly how my yard was left. While the concrete itself turned out fine after coming back to fix mistakes, the landscaping/restoration side of the job fell far below professional standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company for concrete or landscaping work.

The dishonesty, lack of integrity, and unprofessionalism displayed throughout the nine-month ordeal has placed a significant burden on my family. What should have been an exciting and positive home improvement project quickly turned into a complete nightmare. Despite our patience and flexibility, we were forced to endure prolonged absences from job site, repeated false promises, lack of leadership and direction, constant turnover in their crew, and consistently poor workmanship. We rearranged nearly every part of our daily lives to give O&E Remodeling every opportunity to complete the job they were hired--and paid in full--to perform. Even with that, they still failed to deliver. To make matters worse, several key tasks remain incomplete; major electrical work, cabinet painting and hardware installation, installation of mantle and shelves and multiple areas of unfinished surfaces throughout the project. These are basic, critical elements of the job that were left incomplete despite repeated assurances that they would be addressed. It is impossible to understand how this company believes its actions are acceptable or how it can show no remorse for the financial, emotional, and personal hardship it caused.
