I've been missing aerial yoga so much so when I saw the groupon deal for 3 classes I was super excited! My first class, I got Stephanie as an instructor. She was greet! She was very kind and patient and she made sure each of us were doing the poses correctly. It was challenging but still enjoyable! I liked that she pushed our limits but also brought it back to just fun. It's such a great workout for anyone wondering to try or not. The studio is clean and it looks like they teach pole dancing here too!

Hard but super fun! Does not feel like so much of a workout when you're having fun ;) If it's your first time, it will hurt! My thighs were pinched and I definitely felt sore the next day. Aerial yoga uses a lot of upper body strength and core, so be prepared! Sounds a bit scary but you will have fun and look graceful :) I think it's challenging no matter the skill level. I've taken Mabel's classes a few times since she was subbing a lot and Michelle's class once. Both are great. Mabel will gladly show you more advanced moves if you're interested. Michelle is great with beginners and does quite a bit of core exercises (def. felt those, haha!) I recommend not coming to class on an empty stomach as you will be upside down a lot and will likely feel nauseous/light headed if you didn't eat. At least have an energy/granola bar! Oh, and bring water :)

I've been meaning to try aerial yoga for a while now. When I saw this on Groupon and realized how close it was, I grabbed a friend and jumped on it. When I arrived for my first class, I actually drove past the studio. The pole sign had a different yoga studio name (Revelation Yoga? ) and the actual studio doesn't have signage up top. It just has "fine yoga" on the window. There's free parking available in the shared lot, but it's a bit cramped right by the studio. Might be better to venture further into the plaza. I've only been to the Wednesday morning aerial yoga classes, so my class size was never more than 5 students. I was told the other classes are way more busy. I had 2 different instructors, Michelle and Mabel. I enjoyed both their classes. They were very welcoming and made sure to help me since I was a total beginner. Both instructors were hands-on to make sure I didn't hurt myself with terrible posture. Again though, my classes had 5 students max. I came into the studio thinking it would be 75% play/25% exercise. I was wrong. There's definitely a lot of muscles getting worked. Right after my first class, my arms were so sore. Later that night, it spread to my legs. The next day, my abs hurt. I couldn't laugh without it aching. Someone else's review mentioned that the class felt like an informal family playing together. I definitely got that vibe too, but I was welcomed into it even though I don't speak Chinese. Not once did I feel excluded. Now that my class pack is over, I'm definitely interested in returning at some point for more aerial yoga. I only hesitate because of the prices and the limited class offerings.

Nice place to enjoy . I really love this place

Professional Kind Knowledge What can I say. Really nice place . I took a very professional class in New York. I didn't think I could meet such a professional teacher when I came to Los Angeles.

i really like fine yoga. michelle taught the aerial classes that i took. i bought a 3 class pass from groupon. i thought, its fairly close, why not! it was my 2nd time ever trying aerial yoga so i was pretty intimidated by the regulars at this class that were already spinning around in the silks without any fear. michelle was welcoming and comes around during the class for students who are struggling to get into the right position. the first class was GREAT, i got a workout in and felt sore for a couple days. the second class was bad news bears. i got super nauseous from the swinging and had to sit out a couple positions. michelle came by with an oil for me to sniff and surprisingly, it took away the nausea! this girl is prepared!! i was super appreciative of her help. third class went great again, no nausea that time! praise the Lord!! overall, i really enjoyed my time at fine yoga. i haven't gone back yet because 1. i fear the nausea 2. the class time isn't that convenient for me and 3. i think the class is a little expensive. i definitely have to think about it before i make a class pack commitment. parking is super easy. please be aware this is a very asian class (surprisingly, to me). i felt like i was with my mom and her friends. i think, if it wasn't for me, the class wouldve been taught in mandarin, eep! sorry guys!

While I unfortunately don't think I can come back here any time soon (each class they have is 15+ credits), I enjoyed my class with Hanna so much that I wanted to write her a good review. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time!

Nothing beats the intelligence of the Iyengar system, imho! I will say that Paul has a unique way of balancing his precise knowledge with a very spacious accommodation, which is TRULY the art of an engaged teacher. However, there are other instructors here (I won't name names) that unfortunately trigger my sympathetic nervous system with their tone, and overuse of the word "should." As much as I try to get past this, my breath and body just become tight, and I don't move as freely with overly managed instruction. Yoga House could be one of the last studios on the Eastside that uphold the integrity of a yogic learning environment. As a yogi of 25 years, and an instructor myself, I recommend the Iyengar classes to anyone working to heal injuries and those who want to deepen their practice. It's not a miracle, but a more serious approach to yoga can be transformative, on many levels.

I recently attended the class for people with mobility challenges, led by the incredible Peggy, and it was truly a transformative experience. As someone living with Lupus and Muscular Dystrophy, finding a movement space where I feel safe, seen, and supported has been a long journey. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed--not just by the staff, but by the beautiful community that gathers here. There's a genuine warmth in the room that you can feel, and Peggy's presence and guidance made all the difference. She was patient, attentive, and so compassionate, offering helpful adjustments and making sure each student felt comfortable and included. The studio is clean, calm, and absolutely beautiful. They offer plenty of props to support your practice, and the meditation beginning and at the end of class was the perfect way to wind down and reconnect with myself. It's rare to find a space that honors both your limitations and your potential--but Pasadena Yoga House does just that. If you're looking for a welcoming, inclusive, and healing space to move, breathe, and just be--you've found it. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone, especially those with mobility challenges or chronic conditions. I left feeling lighter, supported, and truly at home.

But…read moreupon attending my second class in April 2026 I had to take three minutes before class to fill out a parking validation form on my phone, asking for a ton of information as part of their new parking policy. The validation is for 58 minutes and doesn't even cover a whole class and time it takes to get back to your car (see the receipt attached below). This is an important detail because the building that hosts Pasadena Corepower (Residences at Westgate, owned by Greystar LLC) contracts with a predatory tow agency called Metro Towing. Warning: Metro Towing will absolutely tow your car if they have any chance. They did this to my friend, and CorePower staff lamented it had happened to numerous others, including the instructors. Go to the Metro Towing Yelp page and you can see how this company makes its money. The cost of getting your car back will be at least $530, and Metro Towing company is incredibly rude and dismissive when you call them. To be clear: the most troubling part of this whole towing situation is the complacent "oh well!" attitude taken by CorePower management. Their guests and instructors are getting their cars towed and they don't seem to even care! They put a small update on their formal website saying you now need to validate your parking- but honestly, who checks the website before taking a class? (By contrast, the facility where I play indoor soccer sent out SIX emails over two weeks with detailed maps showing where exactly to park in order not to get towed by neighboring businesses. That is how you get out in front of things and take care of your guests, even when the parking situation isn't yours to manage like it is here.) I have somewhat mixed feelings leaving a poor review, because this is really about management and not the instructors. But Pasadena Corepower Yoga and Greystone LLC (the building owner) have made the decision to stand by a predatory towing company, and therefore folks taking classes should be on notice. If you linger after your workout to shower or have a conversation with someone, you are putting yourself at great risk to lose your car and $530- even if you followed the validation rules parking your car. It makes no sense to me that a yoga studio of all places would nurture this kind of environment, but here we are.
